Heads up to anyone that wants to start a membership or have a party with Bounce It Up Membership is affordable considering how much these places cost, however, you have to have membership for a minimum of 6 months before you can cancel, and here is the best part, when you call to cancel the manager will talk over you, and talk to you like you're an ingrate. Then proceed to cuss at you openly, in a place of business that's supposed to entertain children in a safe environment. Then proceeds to tell me they can't stop payment or cancel membership, that I have to do it via PayPal, but PayPal doesn't let you because you've authorized the payment with a third party. I imagine now I'll get my membership canceled, thank heavens because the place is gross and the staff is terrible. I paid hundreds of dollars for the best/biggest room they offer for my sons 10th birthday, dropped off cake and decorations 6 hours prior to party start, was told it would be decorated for me but when we got there the only thing they had done was hang my photo back drop on the tallest part of the wall above the dirty counter space offered ,didn't separate and tie any of my 36 balloons anywhere, I had centerpieces and all this stuff I also spent hundred of dollars on that basically went to waste. I asked to arrive early to decorate and was told not to because my party host would handle it all. I offered tape and twist ties so we could hang said decor, and once again they said no, they only approve of their tape on walls and will provide it. Nice thing was, after hanging the one thing they did, they were out of tape! My party host decided she wanted nothing to do with it and I had to find her any time we needed anything, it was a whole hour before we even got water so I paid out of pocket for extra pitchers of soda since our regular drinks would only come with the food 30 minutes prior to party end. They order out the pizza and charge double what you could have gotten from a gourmet pizza place. I did not give a bad review prior to today because I didn't want to ruin anyone else's experience possibly being better, but after dealing with the manager I fully understand why this place sucks....
Read moreI took my daughter here today because we were sick of being stuck in the house from the cold weather. My daughter was charged $10, and I was admitted for free. I read another review that the adults were charged, but this was not true of our visit. There are a good variety of bounce houses here that my daughter had fun on. There are free video games, but they are very old, and this place is so packed, you are lucky if you get the chance to play one of them. There are several areas with tables, but they were all reserved for birthday parties. I believe there were at least five parties while we were there. Kids were running and screaming. The employees should tell the children to walk because several of them just run right into people. All I saw most of the employees doing was talking to one another like they were in a high school clique. The biggest issue I had here was the cleanliness. Everything was sticky, the tables were not wiped down, the bathrooms were horrible, and whatever they use to clean the screens on the games leaves really bad streaks. Even after I washed my hands in the bathroom three times, my hands still felt sticky. I had to ask an employee to wash one of the 4 tables that they have for people not having a party for me. (Yes, they have only 4 tables for 100+ people to use, and you have to wait in line to use them.) He used Windex, which is not for washing tables and will not kill the germs. It also did nothing to get rid of the stickiness from the table. My napkin actually stuck to the table. For lunch, I ordered the nachos and a bottle of water and my daughter got a hotdog and a pop. When she opened the pop, it exploded all over her and the counters. They should not put a pop back into the cooler if it has been shaken up. The hot dog was so tiny, it only filled half the already small bun. The nachos were not good at all. Our lunch there was not worth the $9.30 we paid. I only gave it two stars rather than one because they do have a good selection of...
Read moreHi there. Just wanted to give a shout out to Marissa. I had friends waiting outside yesterday, helping me carry gifts and leftover decor, etc. from the birthday party we had for my 5yr old son... So, my husband took care of the bill and all, but I didn't get to give a review and I just wanted to say, "Thank you" to Marissa and the whole team at Bounce It Up. She did a great job hosting and we were so very pleased with the whole event and the way things went. When we arrived, we carried our stuff back to the big party room on the right side and then I took my kids to use the restroom... When I got out, Marissa and my husband were already setting everything up and I loved how she knew what she was doing and took initiative to get the job done. I was nervous about having only 15 minutes to set up before our guests arrived (I asked them to come at 10:45am to avoid waiver signing delays, etc.), but the whole room was set up and looked fantastic for the party! I also wanted to mention that every time I called with questions prior to the party, (which was about 4-5x's), everyone I spoke with was so helpful and they always encouraged me to call back with any questions I had. I just felt like this party could not have gone any better, really... and I'm so grateful to all the staff at Bounce It Up for truly helping us to make my son's birthday so special for him. We will definitely recommend you to others!!
Ps: We didn't order from your middle eastern vendor this time, so I'm sad not to have tried out their food... but the pizza, subs and salad from the other vendors were great! All the guests were asking where the food came from. So, thank...
