Wendy's — Restaurant in Livonia

I decided to try the new Wendy's breakfast this morning. I got online and ordered 1 of the chicken maple bacon croissant combo with Swiss cheese, potato wedges, and a large Coke with another sandwich ordered the same way. I pulled up to the window where I see the guy popping a couple of potatoes in his mouth out of my order. He puts the order in a plastic bin, I took it and left. When I got home and unpacked the bag and there are burnt potato wedges, a sandwich wrapped in foil, and a plastic container with a piece of chicken and some bacon and I'm thinking to myself, what is this? I got 1 sandwich as order but without any Swiss cheese, and the second was missing the croissant and the swiss! To make this experience even worse, I take a sip of my Coke and it tastes like soda water! The only reason I didn't turn around and drive back was because it's not a quick drive and I didn't have any confidence that driving back me change anything. i’m pregnant and this is really my last straw. whether it’s doordash or drive thru, something is always messed up. don’t ask for a large biggie bag because nine times out of ten they’ll make it a small and then give you attitude at the window when you tell them you said large even though on many occasions i’ve said at the speaker before even getting to the window ‘you made that a large right?’. they don’t put sauces in the bag when i order from doordash unless i order an extra ten piece nugget. they put cheese AND bacon on my dave’s single tonight. i can get over the cheese but bacon? the burger ingredients are literally all laid out with instructions like what is so hard about making a effn burger. yea its just fast food but this has happened soooo many times with this specific location to where my stuff was messed up. they shouldn’t hire careless gh3tt0 minors. do better cuz y’all have NO work ethic and it’s literally fast food, how hard can it be to comprehend what ingredients go on what. if u go here just make sure you check your...

The woman at the window on 06/08/23 is absolute TRASH. She was so rude and acted as if we were bothering her by ordering. They were out of coffee at breakfast and it wasn't blocked off the menu so I ordered a coke. We got to the window and the worker TOLD ME she replaced my coke with an orange juice because they didn't have coke but she never mentioned it while ordering. I went inside to get some ketchup and the manager who was bent over the counter on her phone was so upset I was there that she was chastising the two employees for leaving the door open and allowing me in instead of just grabbing the ketchup. Tattoo face lady angrily said we had her effed up and everyone was cursing and yelling at each other all because I came to a restaurant for food. Because of the employee interaction I left before ever getting my ketchup, and my shoes were almost stuck to the floor it was so gross.
