Shanghai Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Lock Haven

I've ordered from here well over 100 times and usually love this place but after tonight I don't think I'll be going back! I ordered a sweet and sour chicken and the rice was so over cooked it was just gross and the chicken was hard as a rock so I called them which is something I NEVER do! I just explained the problem and was saying sorry a million times! I told them I'm fine with whatever they wanted to do as far as remaking it or giving a refund and the girl (The white girl with black hair) that's up front of was so beyond rude! She asked me to hold on then I heard her say this lady is complaining about your food in the rudest attitude ever and when I came in to get the remake she was literally staring me down with the dirtiest looks ever as i walked in and as i walked out!! Not to mention they never once said sorry for the mistake! I get shit happens but this is NOT the way you handle a mess up! The younger delivery guy is very polite and curtious but the others are idiots. I ordered black pepper chicken a few times and twice I had to throw it out. This time I called and asked to switch it out because I tip them 5 or 10 bucks every time and I threw out 30 bucks worth so I was polite while they was throwing a fit in the background and they wanted me to bring it back!! I said I paid you guys and tip very well I was hoping you could switch it out. They pick it up and then they call me to say they are blocking me and the owners insulted with the price of black pepper!!! What in the hell does that even mean?? Awesome dark sauce in the chicken and broccoli! Reminds me of the sauce from the no longer Main Cheung up in Mill Hall and the Chinese i used to order years ago from the Chinese restaurant up in Mansfield. I have only ever found the sauce a couple of places. Those who will be checking your order out are very friendly with the customers, and the tables and floors are always clean and clear every time I have been in there!
