Absolutely ridiculous ordered delivery of course local number goes to call center. Received text saying pizza was delivered it wasn't called back they said give it a few more minutes over 30 minutes later no pizza. I am really upset now rightfully so, was hung up on multiple times because I wanted refund Was told five-seven business days. My transaction was still pending.I told them they had no problem taking the money out immediately.I should be able to get a reversal on it as well.Not 5 -7 business days. Yet again was hung up on call back. Call center. Wouldn't transfer me because like I said, you don't get the direct number to local Pizza Hut. Call the corporate number. It's a joke. Tried going to the website like the corporate number says. It as well as a joke can't get any help called back several times was told one time.Thank you for calling Mr. Gattis. This was so. Unprofessional. If this is how Pizza Hut lets their franchises.Or the actual Pizza Hut from corporate.Run a business shame on you. Pizza Hut Lockhart assigned the order to door dash to be delivered, so I was told. When telephoning the store, the store manager/owner was extremely rude and told me "how do I know what is going on, i just walked in." This conversation was my third call and twenty minutes after my pizza should have arrived for the staff meeting. Door dash texted me and when they never delivered I called the driver's number in the text. She claimed to not have the order and went back to Pizza Hut to get the pizzas. I called Pizza Hut again and was told by a man who "just walked in to work" that a male door dash driver picked up the order slightly after 12. How did this PH worker who took the order if he just walked in? My order should have been delivered by 12 noon. At this point, I am thinking I will get cold pizza since it left PH a little after 12 but it is 12:40 and I still have no staff lunch. July, every Tuesday they are having a promotion on personal pan pizzas (I was not aware) which happened to be on the same day I placed my order. The pizza was taking an abnormal amount of time to be delivered. We called and no one answered. I went into the restaurant to see what was going on. That’s when I found out about the special. The restaurant was in complete chaos. One young lady was doing her best to address everyone’s concerns, but she was clearly overwhelmed. Management was nowhere to be found. After being told my order was coming right up, I find out it was sent out for delivery, while I was sitting there. The restaurant was old and dirty, the kitchen was a mess.
