Place was DEAD and My Tenders were DRIED weren't fresh you can tell they were out for a while sad part was we we're traveling back home 6hrs away and my experience wasn't to great. Wish I would had taken pictures the Roll looked as if was bitten but in reality it was torn apart missing a pretty big piece and being in the bag I forgot to check my order before leaving drive-thru. We were just to hungry and wanted to go home but Never again will we stop there. It is no wonder that the one sweet lady has been there for over 20 years. She knows how to take care of customers! So many businesses spend all their time trying to tell customers what they CAN'T do, but this lady knows that people love businesses that do all they CAN for their customers! Everytime I go to this location, she makes me fresh, hot okra and goes out of her way to be friendly at the window! She even gave me a nice big cup of ice water too, which most businesses try to charge for just to nickel and dime their customers. I really appreciated her kindness and taking care of me today! Drove through the drive through to be met with the voice of an absurdly chill guy. Insanely relaxed and cool demeanor. I’ve had an awful day stuck at DMV after DMV so this was a wonderful sound to my ears. He informed us there would be a wait, with a friendliness i have not heard in what feels like an eternity.
