Burger King — Restaurant in Lockport

I normally love Burger King, but this Lockport location is the absolute worst (and slowest) Burger King in the the whole United States. During the last 5 years, we have tried this location at least 100+ times and have not received one single correct order!

Nobody at this location speaks any English and it’s entirely run by “illegals”. Every single employee seems to be a non-English speaking “illegal”. Nobody understands any English, and can’t even make a simple order or even understand what “no ketchup” or “only mustard” means. I asked for “BBQ sauce” (for the nuggets) and not a single person working at this location even understands what “BBQ sauce” is or means in English. They keep speaking Spanish and expect me to understand Spanish, because they don’t speak or understand any English.

The “drive thru” and the two store managers (Josephine and Sylvania) are the absolute worst at this location!

Josephine and Sylvania are the managers at this location (both are “illegals”?) and they don’t seem to understand any English or can’t take an order. Every single time that I order a PLAIN mustard-only cheese burger, they give me a regular burger with ketchup and cold fries. The service is terrible and we have NEVER had a single correct order at this location when either Josephine or Sylvania are working here.

If you order chicken nuggets and ask for BBQ sauce, they will say that they don’t have any BBQ sauce (for 3+ years straight, never have ANY bbq sauce) or they will give you plastic small cups with BBQ sauce in it (because they say they don’t have the Burger King BBQ dipping sauces for their chicken nuggets).

If you order onion rings and ask for “Zesty sauce” (they don’t speak or understand any English) and they will always give “honey mustard” (instead of “zesty sauce”) and if you ask for “zesty sauce” for onion rings, they say they don’t understand and try to speak to you in Spanish.

This Burger King won’t give you a receipt when you order (That way you can’t complain) and when your order is wrong, they won’t fix it because this location refuses to give you a receipt! Josephine is the absolute worst manager on the planet and everytime we call to complain (she is the one that took our order and she is the one that screwed up our food) but she won’t correct it and won’t even give a receipt (because she says she doesn’t want any complaints to corporate so she won’t give a receipt). If your order is wrong or incorrect, she refuses to fix it and when you ask for a receipt she will always REFUSES to give a receipt!

This is the absolute worst Burger King in the United States and this Burger King should be shut down and this Burger King should lose it’s franchise license! Terrible management, terrible owners, very poorly run, and Josephine and Sylvania both need to be fired! The rest of the staff don’t speak or understand any English and can’t seem to even get a single order correct! This place needs to be shut down! Worst Service and Worst Burger King...

Poor Lockport Burger King: All these bad reviews unfortunately are earned. Yes, they had the remodel after the fire and the dining room, even the restroom was clean. Straight view into the kitchen food prep area all appeared organized and clean.

I hate being critical but, its seems to be training based. The point of purchase person did not know how to properly run the register efficiently. He struggled with no mayo, no ketchup. Coulda have been a new associate? This is fast food, they come & go quickly in this business. I waited for the food to be prepared. There were 4 people in the dining room. No one eating all had beverages.

The drive thru apparently had issues because they were asking customers to pull foward. The culprit: food prep line. The reason: The order screens for the line prep were offline. I witnessed the train wreck first hand. So everyone working, all four, minus, the P.O.S. associate hovered around making orders. It was stressful. I felt sorry for them. But, once again, training crept to mind. I witnessed them make no fewer than 12 burgers, mine was one of those.

Some drive thru customers came inside to get their food. Unfortunately some were visibly upset over the wait and checked their orders, peering into bags; opening burgers checking for "no this", "no that" and some were incorrectly assembled. One customer left unhappy with the traditional "I won't come back" injection.

My food sadly was low quality: warm fries and yes mayo on the burger. I try to limit myself to 1 fast food meal every 2 weeks because it's high fat and high calories. I opted to come here to support the newly reopened local business because it seemed like the right thing to do.

I've lived in Lockport for 6 yrs. This is the 2nd time I have ate in this location. Unfortunately, I will not return. I wish I had driven to Chick fil...

This is one of the worst Burger Kings I have ever been to! Service is slow, food is cold and does not seem fresh. I love Burger kings Hamburgers but not from this one. This is the reason Mc Donalds is packed right down the street and there are only 2 cars at any given moment of the day here. Restaurant is outdated and dirty. I give it a year before they go out of business. More and more Burger Kings are going this way and I'm not sure why. They have superior hamburgers to most anyone else WHEN THEY ARE MADE RIGHT!!! I emphasize this because they are not what they used to be. Fresh lettuce tomato and pickles on a hot flame broiled burger. Nothing better than that. Now you get soggy hot lettuce a tiny slice of tomato and two onions that taste like the whole burger was microwaved before serving it to you and there fries SUCK!!! I can go on and on with everything wrong with the franchise in a hole. But I go back hoping one day someone will get a clue and wake up before its too late. This review probably wont mean anything to them,so its all just a waste of my time and energy. Burger King could and should blow Mc Donalds away. Things are not made your way here! I guess that's all in the past. I think the one good review on here is written by the owner of this place. Seriously the worst Burger King around...
