A little disappointed in the customer service and the quality of work.
The softball uniform package for my daughter did not come with a windbreaker and I was told that I could bring anything in to Sports Huddle and they will put the logo on just about anything and any personalization.
I purchased 2 jackets from Boombah and brought them into Sports Huddle, along with an example of how I wanted the name and numbers on the jacket. The process is called Sublimation and after Dawn took the sample jacket (that had the number in sublimation) into the back to confirm with someone that it could be done. I was thrilled because I did not want the numbers screened or filmed on the jacket and they said it would be done in a week.
I came to pick them up today and the numbers were filmed on the back and not sublimated. I was a bit taken aback. Then I noticed (pictured) the embroidery on the front looked great, but on the inside, the backing was not trimmed down at all.
I spoke with one of the owners and he informed me that they do not perform sublimation in the store, even though I was informed that they could do this 1 week prior (both my daughters were there and can attest to what I was told). He offered very little remorse (no apology) and even less of a solution; he wanted me to tell him what to do. Sir, this was not my mistake. This was yours to fix and should have some sort of solution other me buying 2 more jackets to bring to you. I'm less upset with the quality of the work (although it wasn't perfect), but more upset that I was informed they could perform a process and then received something I absolutely didn't want. Tell me upfront it can't be done and I am 100% ok with it.
We ordered spirit wear several weeks ago that has not come in yet, but when it does, I will be going over everything with a fine tooth comb.

Read moreI did not have a good experience. It took 2 months for the whole process. I understand my order was a little complicated, but that seems excessive (I've had other companies complete orders for our business, typically taking a week from start to finish, but we wanted to give this place a try). Communication was terrible, I would send an email, wait 2-3 days, and then have to send an additional follow-up email to get a response (which would sometimes take an additional 2-3 days, hence why it took 2 months to get my order placed and completed). Sent a coworker to pick up the order only to find out they wrote my credit card number down a week earlier when I called to pay and just never ran it for some reason. So, I had to call again to pay for it (even though the first time I called I was told "Ok, you're all set." not "I'm going to write your personal credit card number down and just leave it sitting around for a week.") so she stood around and waited for me to call back and pay so she could take the order. Coworker said they acted put out by me deciding to split the almost $1k order onto 2 cards. We have mistakes in our order. One year the boys numbers all peeled off of their hoodies (we were told our dryers were too hot...every dryer on the team apparently), one year our coaches’ shirts had youth size logo and names on the back (too cheap to change the screen??), one year instead of telling us they discontinued the youth XL they just gave everyone that ordered that size an adult small (which was extremely narrow and didn’t fit the boys), this year we were missing hats and stripes on pants.
