Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lockport

OUTRAGED by the experience we just had! Guy up front helped the people in front of us in line, then went to the back and started eating while we were just waiting to be helped. Finally got our order taken and the women who made our order just made the sandwich and forgot about the hash browns...Probably because she was distracted by the man who didn't appear to be a worker who walked in and walked behind the counter with TWO DOGS.. I can not imagine how many health violations that breaks. The woman that had forgotten the rest of our order then walked out of the back after petting dogs and neglected to wash her hands before she help a customer in the drive thru. I had to reach out on Facebook because we did not receive our receipt. When I asked for the store number a women who came out of the back told me it was broke and they didn't have one. I told her I was not referring to the telephone number but the Store number to contact corporate and she nor anyone else there knew it. Went into the store for a Caramel crazed iced latte. Got it and it was Straight Coffee without a taste of sweetener or the Carmel taste. Her reply was it is an Singnature drink that doen not requite sugar unless you ask for ot. Not true. Been tow 4 different locations and they put sweetener in it without me asking for it. The lady that remade it was nice and pleasant, it was the other Associate( The short one with the Blonde Hair)that made a Rude noise when I asked can she remake it.. Also a customer came.from out of the drive thi because she ordered 3 Iced Coffees and came I and spoke to the Associate (African American guy) and she told him I think I'm missing one more, his reply was if you would have stayed in line you would have gotten them all. Went here at noon on a safurday just for some hashbrowns. First off, the lady at the speaker sounded very rude and just kept saying "ANYTHING ELSE?????" while cutting me off. Then i wait at least 5 minutes at the window for my order, mind you there was no one in line when i placed my order at the speaker. So im thinking, oh they must be cooking them so they will be fresh when i get them, oooh yay! WRONG... they taste like they have been sitting in hot holding for 3-5 business days and then chewed up and spit back out. I tried contacting this establishment right after trying a bite and realizing how vile my hashbrowns tasted but they do not pick up their phone. Whoever thought that these hashbrowns were safe for human consumption needs to be fired immediately. They taste undercooked yet like they were in the hot...
