Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Lockport

After a hard day's work I ordered two 18 inch pizza's; one with half pepperoni, the other half cheese. When I got home with them I discovered that they had given me a wrong pizza. This one was half sausage. I called them to let them know. They said that the one meant for me was there and I could come and pick it up. I told them that I was too tired to come back and pick up a pizza that by the time I brought it back to my house would be over a half hour old and not fresh. The guy told me that he could give me a 5.00 credit. I told him that that wasn't sufficient in my opinion. He told me that it was more than I deserved because it was for 1 ingredient, and only on half a pizza at that. The amount I should receive should only be $3.00. I told him that the cost of the ingredient wasn't important but that I didn't get what I had paid for ( $45.00 ), I was disappointed, and it was their mistake. To this point this guy never apologized for their error, nor for my inconvenience. I then told him he could keep his $5.00 credit and I would leave a negative review on Google and never come back. We ordered pizza on 3/10/21 from the Lockport location. In the note section, I left a note to double check the sauces, since we were to receive 5 total. Driver got here, no pizza, just wings. I said, doesn’t it look weird I spent $42 for 12 wings? He had no answer. He said he didn’t have a pizza on receipt. He said he would call and let me know. Then he was gone. So I checked the sauces, only 4. I called the store, was put on hold for 4m 35s. When I asked about the pizza, he said they’ll bring it out. I told them to make sure the sauce was there. He said the driver left already. How in the world did they make a pizza in 9 min and it left already?? Basically, they lied and never told me they forgot it. Offered no credit or options. I asked about the sauce credit, and he questioned it. He said, “I’m sorry, I don’t know what happened.” I told them I did, no one did there job right. $4 Slices. Why do they suck so bad? You sell a nice thin crust pie....So why does the $4 slices' crust suck that much? I feel catfished....baited and switched.

The thin crust pies are great💯 I will be back for those.

The $4 slices are big, but the crust sabotages the end result. I've had better $4 slices from 7-11. I've had better slices from a frozen DiGiorno. I've had better slices from high school Home Ec classes. I've had better $4 pizza slices from a Taco truck in Washington....Eastern Washington at that. I've had better $4 slices severed to me by three blind mice.

I love you guys. Do a $4 slice with a more respectable crust. I don't want my belly just be filled with thick wet blasè dough....I want to taste a crust that respects its heritage, just little bit.

Do it for us. I love us. I want us to grow old together and drink lemonade on our wraparound porch after we retire and not have regrets about how awful that...
