The Godfather's Eatery — Restaurant in Lockport

We recently have moved to the area and this is our second time trying food from here. The first time we tried their double dough pizza and we were not really impressed to say the least. I would have rather just thrown in a frozen pizza. Cheaper and tastes better in my opinion. If you get the double dough really make sure you like dough maybe that's where we went wrong but still the taste was nothing spectacular - pretty forgettable to be honest. Last night we ordered the mostaccioli family dinner and we were again pretty disappointed. The mostaccioli was literally noodles and sauce with a couple meatballs and a couple sausage really nothing to write home about - very mediocre. The sauce was nothing amazing tasted like Ragu out of the jar. The "salad" was lettuce in a box with 3 slices of tomato which you can see in the attached picture. No red onions, cucumbers, cheese, croutons, or literally anything else that would go in a house salad. I wish I would have taken a picture to show what the "garlic bread" looked like as it was literally a sub roll with melted butter on it Apparently other reviews say they have good sandwiches. I cannot vouch for that as I have never had a sandwich from here but after these two disappointing experiences I'm not sure I really want to give them another shot at my business. I really had my hopes up for this place. I wanted to like it. Customer service was horrible. They acted loke they were doing me a favor. Soon as you get to register there is all kinds of signs order you food and step away. We dont sell fried food. Cash only under $10. Service charge for all credit cards. Etc etc. Lady before me ordered 5 different things and 3 of them they were out of. I Wanted the chicken parm but they were out of that also. Imagine that. A staple like. Chicken parm your out of. Ordered a bread steak, grilled chicken, and a slice. Top 5 worst pizzas I have ever eaten. Grilled chicken was just ok and breaded steak was horrible. 1 of the other reviews said they did not know how to cook Italian food. That is a correct statement. They have no buisness selling...

A family of 6 tried to order what we thought would be a simple order. We found out they didn't have their "special" chicken parm, come to find out, they don't have their "special" on a Saturday night. So we come up with a new order after 15 minutes of going through the menu again. We attempted to make another order, come to find out they only had 3 pastas available for the night, only subs, mostocolli, spaghetti. No lasagna, on a Saturday night. I don't care how good their food may be this is the first and last time I try to order from this "resturant" how do you not have your "special" on the busiest night of the week.
