I have come here before but I think it's time for me to truly write a review. Mckenna was absolutely great and so kind as a barista. She was fast and understood the exact way I like my coffee since I have come in a few times and they are always so kind to accommodate me. The workers here always have a smile and happy attitude. Different then a starbucks and way better quality. When you enter you say "every coffee shop should be like this." Wi-Fi was great. The food is phenomenal as they have their bread hand-made and not as some processed foods. the pricing is below 10$ and you wouldn't think it would fill you but it is enough to do it. You can expect a coffee with beautiful coffee art and I don't like my coffee hot so they will put 2 ice cubes in for me, remember my face, and will not press it so hard for that hot temperature. It can be quite small but they have enough room for people even when its busy. I will say this place is a hidden gem and it's easy to go through a drive through but I think it means something to sit down and enjoy a local cafe with usual customers and a community. It was so warm on some of the coldest day of negative degree that I saw customers order a cold brew! They have a nice jug of water, where I come in to fill my canister for the day and they will grab my water bottle to fill...

I've always loved Krema Coffee. Its cozy, inviting atmosphere has made it a go-to spot for relaxing chats with friends over a cup of coffee. However, my recent visits have been disappointing, and it feels like the vibe has shifted. On my last visit, a particular worker was incredibly rude. I was just trying to ask a question about a drink, but they brushed me off and told me to figure it out myself. Even after I gave other customers a chance to order, their attitude made me feel like an inconvenience. To make things worse, they ended up making my drink incorrectly. Unfortunately, this seems to be a new trend. The service has become inconsistent, with some workers appearing annoyed or simply not wanting to be there. The quality of both the food and the drinks has also become a hit or miss. Some days everything is perfect, and other days it's just mediocre or plain wrong. While I want to love Krema like I used to, the lack of consistency in both service and quality is making it a difficult choice. I truly hope they can get back to the welcoming and reliable place...

First time we came here and will be the last. We’ve been to many coffee places and really just wanted to leave a review for this one. It was 12:30 on Sunday and wasn’t even busy, just one lady in front of us. Waited 15 minutes for a white chocolate mocha and matcha latte. White chocolate mocha literally tasted of hot water and no flavor at all. Matcha latte had no sweetener like it comes everywhere else. Also, the same girl made this one and tasted like water with a bit of milk and almost no matcha powder. Our drinks were tasteless and probably the worst ‘coffee’ place we’ve been to in 5 years. They need someone who can make drinks and not take 15 minutes to heat water and milk....

We always pass up this cafe and decided to finally give it a try and, let me tell you, we were not disappointed! Immediately the vibes reminded me of the cafes that were scattered around hawaii, cozy and crafty. We ordered the iced salted caramel latte and the cardamom rose cold brew. For food, we ordered the caprese and the honey pistachio avocado toast. All was delicious. I wish the cold brew had a little more flavor and the bread was a little more toasted, but overall, everything was good. The prices are on the pricier side, but the space, quality staff/service, and delicious drinks and food make it a great place to stop by.

this was my first time visit and it was definitely worth it. great atmosphere, very polite and helpful employees, as well as a nice and cozy outdoor area. i cant speak for their food because i didnt order any for some reason but their coffee was delish. i wouldve sat outside if it wasnt miserably humid but they keep the temp inside at a steady 70 degrees which was pretty comfortable. i wish there was better parking as i walk with a cane but it wasnt bad and the seating isnt the most comfy to be honest. however ill definitely be back and eventually try their food offerings but for now its still five stars!

So excited to see a coffee shop in downtown Lockport! I am familiar with Krema from their Plainfield location, and this new location is just as good, if not even better. There is a moderate amount of seating, my oat milk latte was made perfectly, friendly knowledgeable baristas, and there’s also a patio out back for the warmer weather. Very cute interior, great spot to catch up with friends, work/study, or enjoy a good cup of locally roasted coffee.
