Mangia Pizza — Restaurant in Lockport

ABSOLUTELY the best pizza in Chicago. The staff is so wonderful and actually gets your orders correct.!! They answer the phone promptly and take your order - not just say "can you hold please". If you like your pizza a little more crunchy or little less - just tell them and they accommodate. No need like other pizza places to have to order extra cheese unless you really like a huge amount of cheese- their pizza comes with a perfect amount - like a pizza should. They are not skimpy with their toppings and they actually make their own crust as opposed to many pizza places using this premade garbage. To me sauce amount, was perfect but everyone has their personal tastes....just try it and next time if you like to tweek it a little to make it perfect to you, they accommodate...this is not the three letter pizza shack place...this is real pizza. Reminds me of a great old Chicago Pizza Joint but BETTER!!....The delivery drivers are very quick and polite and prompt....a small business that really is focused on the customer AND CARES.....great job Vince and Jake and everyone else I just don't know your name to give you the credit due!! And you get a lot of pizza for your money...You can actually order a decent size pizza with toppings without feeling like you have to put a Band-Aid on your wallet.......5...

Hello, It's been awhile since I ordered from here and it is usually good, but. I order a pan pizza, beef roll and mongia sticks today at 5:51. I was told 40 minute's, and at 7:32 I hear nothing about my order. I called and ask what was going on with my order. I was told to hold, then the gal got back on and said we will send it right over. No explanation or nothing, like it is okay I didn't hear anything for over a hour and forty minutes. Then I had to asked, is my order going to be cold, what was the problem, etc. I didn't get no apology or shown any concern or sympathy what so ever. Like I was wrong for asking questions. You think they would call after a point and warn the customers, or maybe give a discount, or ask if they even want the order still. I should've canceled my order on the spot. I guess it is my fault for not picking it up, I learned a good lesson today.

Of course I wasn't going to be mean to the poor guy that had to deliver it to me. I gave him $10, he going to...

My dad and I usually love Mangias pizza, usually has a very good flavor and everything. But the delivery system they have going on is completely awful. They told us our pizza should be to our house within 45 minutes. It didn't get to our house until an hour and a half later. We called as soon as they opened at 4 oclock because we were waiting to order it. My dad called back to the store and whoever it was on the phone working there caught a complete arrogant attitude with my dad because he was mad that the pizza wasn't even warm by the time it got to our house. If you plan on getting a pizza from here, I would definitely recommend that you order it and then pick it up yourself because they have no kind of organization when it comes to delivery. They either need to get more delivery drivers or stop offering delivery because cold pizzas and workers with an attitude with the customer over something that isn't the customers fault by any means is a...
