Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lodi

So I’m allergic to coffee. I know. But I always get either a chai tea or matcha tea. One time they gave me coffee when I ordered a chai through the mobile app and said that they discontinued their chai… they did not.. you can still order it, it’s all the same. (Either way, if you ‘discontinued’ something, you don’t just fill the order with whatever you think the customer would want without asking them.) Now I ordered matcha with oatmilk (I just don’t drink milk like that), and they gave me coffee again. This time I at least got a refund, but the guy made my order incorrectly again and I ended up with 2 drinks that were both still incorrect. I even asked if it was with oatmilk at least and it wasn’t sooo I at least got a refund, but still no caffeine for the day 😭. I normally don’t care about things like that, but if it’s an allergy?...

I always go to this dunkin, but after today im going back to my other location, where im greeted with smiles. These employees rush you, on a busy day. Ok I get it, its busy, but why are you rushing your customers on their orders? And this is why you almost forgot an item on my list. Ive seen busy days in other locations and ive never seen people rush me.. another situation where this blonde lady sits at a table almost every day. I was with my 4 yr old son. She wanted to claim her table again so she started giving attitude. If it wasnt for my son being present, I would of knocked her out into the next world for the disrespect infront of my child, not one dd employee stepped in. This lady was going off , I still see her sitting there, wasting her life away with her coffee and ciggs. Im done with...

Place is pretty good and food and employees are pretty decent except the manager. The manager displayed disrespect and having attitude. Their rude behavior and condescending attitude created a hostile work environment, making employees feel undervalued and demoralized. Sometimes the manager can be nice, but most of the time, she is rude and disrespectful, displaying a condescending attitude. Her inconsistent behavior leaves employees feeling uncertain and stressed. For us customers, it isn't a good display of her character when she behaves rudely and disrespectfully. Her inconsistent demeanor reflects poorly on the company's reputation and...
