Recently got into an hit and run accident at the parking lot by Burger King in Lodi. I was not in the car when the accident happened so I did not see who hit my car. The accident should’ve been caught by the security camera so I had requested the manager to help me obtain the footage of the accident and I can see the security camera outside is pointed directly at my car. The manager said she doesn’t have the access the camera so I left my phone number and accident details so the owner or other manager can reach out to me. A week goes by and I hear nothing back. I follow up to see if there was any information about the hit and run. The same manager was there so I asked if there was any detail. The owner did look at the camera (not sure to what extent) but didn’t bother to reach out to me. The owner saw some car that potentially could have hit my car but that was it. They didn’t give me any information of what kind of make, model, license plate, time, or anything. Didn’t bother to reach out to me. I simply asked for help and wouldn’t even respond to me....

one⭐ We contacted you guys by support email (you guys were not helpful in addressing the courier who stole the order or try to escalate the matter even when I provided a video time frame that he purposely took two hours to "deliver" such items that never showed up)
AND FINALLY
one⭐ As a last resort, tried to contact this location, phone wouldn't even ring.
I am beyond disappointed. I understand to assess situations and not lose business or money but WE had our order literally stolen by this courier, have documented the situation, and have had to literally place this location in it's place for not even reaching back out to address what happened.

Read moreIt was the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service is so poor. I visited that branch with another family for dining in before they close at 10:00 PM. One family placed the order, I was on line to place an order for other family. The cashier wasn't behind the register, then he showd up around 10:02 PM and refused to take the order. He stated that the last order he can take is at 10:00 PM. I tried to explain to him that I was waiting and he wasn't behind the register but he continued refusing. I attempted to use the restaurant before I leave, the other worker told me they are already cleaned and closed for the day.
