I want for share a full experience that went from displeasure to very satisfied thanks to the new General manager and ownership.
I had a SCHEDULED pick up today because I needed to get food and go to a doctor's apt on my lunch break. I was trying to be efficient and placed my order 40 minutes prior to pick up. Upon arrival it was not ready and I was met with the explanation that a large order had put them back and they were understaffed. I did not have time to wait and canceled the order and left feeling valued less as a single sandwich customer than if I were a multi-sandwich customer.
The new General Manager, Taysha (spelling?), was quick to reach out once she arrived at work and was willing to hear my comments and offered to still fill my order. I explained to Taysha that I can understand unforseen circumstances (large order, an employee no show, etc) and was simply looking to be informed PRIOR to my arrival that my SCHEDULED order would not be met on time. She conveyed some new focuses under new management and was grateful for the feedback. I conveyed my own accountability in being short and frustrated in the first interaction. I wanted the team there to know I wasn't mad at them personally, but simply wanted a business I enjoy to remain impressive to me through growth and development.

When a company give a card that states: "Your Puchase is on us," they should have the courage to keep this promises and honor your code of ethics. If you continue to satisfy your selfish, inconsiderate needs, you and your company will receive misery and possibly a loss of money. You are already receiving this. I see all of your people with frowns on their faces and you are loosing money. I am not coming in as often as I would like too because you are advertising false statements to your customers. Just because a person has a gluten allergy doesn't mean they don't deserve a free meal for their birthday because they do. This is what I mean when I say you are selfish and inconsiderate. You are also liers!!!! The money that you contribute freely to the companies you choose should be helping the poor and less fortunate. This company is very greedy and ungrateful!!!!!!! Read moreTo be fair, Firehouse Subs doesn't specialize in vegetarian options. If you happen to be vegetarian, though, go somewhere else. I ordered a veggie sandwich with a side salad and I probably won't buy from here again. I had no issue with the customer service. The staff was nice and I'm sure they would've been happy to fix our mixed-up order if we noticed it in time (we ordered to-go). It does kinda suck to pay extra for chips and not get any. :/ Don't bother with the $4 side salad. Not worth it at all. It didn't come with dressing, either. Maybe there was dressing available at the condiments station? I didn't see any, since fast food salads typically come with dressing packed with it.
