Chugz — Local services in Logan

The drinks are probably the best thing about this place. We ordered food for our family of four, two corndog baskets, two chicken baskets. She repeated it back to us and gave us our total so we pulled up. We pulled forward because they said they just dropped a bunch of french fries so we were waiting. It was about a 15 minute wait. She comes out and only had two out of the four. She said that she only charged us for two baskets that we had to pay for the other two. So we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. They never apologized, even though it was an error on their end, not to mention the menu has the price at $7.95 And she said after taxes it’s about 11 or a little over 11. So the tax on just the single item is ridiculous. We come out here every year and we used to come to chugz, but I think that will no longer be our tradition. Very disappointing. They really need to do better on customer service, communication, and not charge so...

Yo, lemme tell you 'bout this joint – it's a straight-up comedy of errors. First, the cookie dough bites. Now, I ain't sayin' they rolled it with their caboose, but the mungy rollie-pollie look was... questionable, like it had a story to tell, and that story involved questionable surfaces.

The can the dough came in? Fingerprints, my dude. Oily, greasy fingerprints. Made you wonder what kinda wholesome hand-modeling gig was happening in the back.

Then the brownie. Wow. That thing was a relic. Tasted like it had been unearthed from an ancient civilization that worshipped stale chocolate. Each bite was a journey through time, and not a fun one.

The lady serving? Her smile was so forced, I thought she was gonna owe me money for emotional distress.

I’m saddened to leave a bad review for Chugz after having raved previously but tbh my recent experience there was disappointing. When we ordered, the staff taking our order had a rushed tone which is fine we just felt almost like we were inconvenient. We ordered 2 drinks that were soda with cream and flavor syrups and popping bubbles and one came with none of the syrup or bubbles added in (i think they may have just added twice to the other drink but i don’t know) and when i brought it back to tell them (apologetically), they were quite rude and just took the drink back and added one pump of the syrups and said that i should have stirred the drink (i obviously did) and that there would be popping bubbles in there. i felt so horrified and like i was being rude asking for the correct drink i paid almost 5...
