My friend and I found what we needed just fine. When we went to check out, the cashier, Olivia, just looked up at us. My friend proceeded to her. Olivia glared at her. When my friend put her cell phone cover to buy on the counter, she snatched it out of her hand and scanned it into the machine. She threw it into the bag and didn’t even tell my friend how much it came to. She kept glaring at us and then told herself that she didn’t want to be working today. My friend put that she wanted a paper receipt. Olive grabbed the receipt and practically ripped the sack out of my friend’s reached and slammed it into the bag. She then threw the bag at my friend and turned the other way. We would have reported her, but because of medical needs we left fast. I will not be going back in there again. Overall had a decent experience in the store today, but was extremely disappointed when we heard two employees talking badly about me and my toddler. While I understand that she was crying and screaming occasionally, it’s no reason to talk badly about an 18 month old and my parenting. In fact the only reason she was occasionally crying and screaming was because I was parenting her and not allowing her to run around and wreak havoc on the store. I’m also pregnant and her dad has been gone due to the military, so both of us are really having a rough time right now and didn’t need the commentary and judgement of two employees while we tried to have a day enjoying some shopping. Abigail and Aleyda are frankly two of the most rude and unprofessional individuals I have ever come across. They are very demeaning to both customers and other employees. They do not take responsibility for their actions and blame others for their poor behavior/actions. It is very concerning that TJMax hires individuals that act like this as supervisors. I have come into the store many times the past few months and have seen both of them be unkind and cruel to others. They do not appear to have the maturity, tact, or leadership skills to be in their positions. I know they are supervisor because they were called over during transactions.
