Burger King — Restaurant in Logan

Was hoping for something better up here. Got a breakfast sandwich, hash browns, and french toast sticks. I did a mobile order and drove down to pick it up. The store presentation was not good, the back door open with clutter visible, the menu falling apart and missing menu panels, and clutter in the kitchen that can be seen through the back windows and the old first window. This tells me the store management is in bad shape when they can even bother to keep things tidy, the clutter invites pests to make their home here.

I pull up to the window and the lady did not seem happy to be here (I get it, it's burger king, but there are options) she hands me my drink and says to pull around front because they are waiting on eggs.

I pull around and so does the car behind me, another employee came out in an appropriate egg making amount of time, apologized and confirmed I had the right order, this guy should be put in charge of management as he's considerate of his customers. Shout-out to the younger man working the morning shift on 06-07-23 give this guy some more responsibility and a raise.

The food was not great. The sandwich was the best part being that it was hot and had more flavor than just salt. The french toast was tough and dry. Same goes for the hash browns which confuses me sinc they were crunchy, tough, and only salty (no other hash brown flavor whatsoever) this tells me the french toast and the hash browns were sitting under a warmer at least 30 minutes before I got there if not longer. They should only sit for about 4-5 minutes before they need to be replaced with fresh ones to order.

The drink did taste a little bit like Dr.pepper, but the nozzels for the soad machine need to be cleaned nightly, otherwise the flavors all mix and they taste like five guys soda. Not quite Dr.pepper but not quite fanta.

Overall this store needs to close or find someone who cares about quality and presentation to make some changes at this store. Otherwise I don't see this store...

I love burger King, but this may be the worst one I've ever been to hands down. We tried to go inside, but they were closed because of short staff. So we went through the drive thru hoping to order 2 ice cream cones and a small fry which btw said the ice cream cones were 60c on the screen. We ordered 2 of them and the guy charged $1 for each cone and put them in a cup, not a cone. The guy forgot about our fries then said it was gonna be 2 minutes to wait for them, which i found strange since they weren't busy. He asked us to pull around to the front when nobody was behind us which we thought was odd. They just wanted "good drive through times" at our expense. Well, we waited 10 minutes, then we see the guy who took our order along with another guy walk out the back door to have a smoke break. They forgot about our fries, but just then three more cars pulled up so we didn't want to wait in line again. So we were $3 overcharged for their service. I have never had this bad of customer service. Luckily, mcdonalds is just down the road and they actually care about their customers. The food was ok but not the best. The employees need to get the concept of light lettuce where I was pulling lettuce off of my sandwich when i had ordered light lettuce. The dining room was way cold. It was raining and yet it was so much warmer outside than the inside. I had a heavy jacket on and yet I was still freezing inside the store. We was sitting in the middle so that way it wouldn't be cold yet it was still colder than it should've been. That made my whole experience that day just go down the drain. If the restaurant seating area is cold, then the food will seem to get colder faster. When you receive luke warm food and mix that with a cold seating area, your food will get colder faster. So I basically ate a cold whopper and cold fries while I'm freezing trying to eat. Very disappointed with this company not complying with outside weather/temperature. I don't think I'll be returning to this location again, probably not even the company due to not knowing if other locations are...
