I am not sure what's going on with this location lately. I have been going out of my way to come here, but they need to re-consider who runs this place.
Order a couple of sandwiches and the price was 60% more expensive than usual. I asked the guy if he's sure he got the right sandwich and he said "yeah, that's how much this one comes out to."
I come to the window and pick up the sandwiches. As I'm driving away I noticed that they didn't give me the right sandwiches. Instead of the "Delux", they gave me club sandwiches. I knew this because I don't eat bacon and there was clearly bacon on the sandwich. That also explains why I was overcharged by 60%.
I go around and the guy who took my order is of course not there. I go straight to the window and the girl gives me an attitude. I ask for the manager (Nate.) He apologizes and takes what everyone WOULD THINK is the right order. He asks me to wait at the pick up location.
I park, get my sandwiches. Guy leaves and of course knowing what had just happened, I check to make sure I got the right thing this time. Who would have thought that making sandwiches would be this difficult in 2022. Surely they can't make the same mistake twice, right? Wrong. They gave me the same exact sandwich from the first time.
I go around for the THIRD TIME. I ask for Nate right away as he took my 2nd order and would know exactly what I had ordered. The girl with the attitude calls for Nate and says "it's the same dude again." Great customer service, Chick-fil-A! Wonder where you get your employees from.
I ask Nate to look at the sandwich that was not just made incorrectly the first time, but also made incorrectly a second time. What are the chances of that? He looks and briefly says "sorry." I ask for a refund and this will be the last time that I'll have come to...

I recently interviewed & got hired on the spot, I was extremely grateful for the opportunity & couldn’t wait to start. Yesterday I went into this location with hopes of finishing up my hiring process considering I had orientation coming up & a schedule ready for training and was disrespected by a leader by the name of Heather , her behavior & commentary she made was was rude & unnecessary considering once I asked for a leader she decided she didn’t want to step in & help. Unfortunately Allie Burkhardt whom I came into the store looking for wasn’t present so I was helped by another leader since Heather seemed not to be having such a great day. Once helped by Brian I was asked by another leader to have a conversation and that conversation consisted of this leader telling me they’ve decided they no longer will be moving forward with my employment & when asked why I was told he didn’t have to explain anything to me & was told I gave off an “ impression “ & had an “ attitude “ based off whatever this team who I’ve never met or had the opportunity to meet told him. I do not appreciate being wrongfully accused of actions I did not have, I also don’t appreciate not being told what exactly transpired & I will never be interested in working for a company that operates and talks to people in that way. As a Training Director I felt as if Allie Burkhardt should have given me a call and talked to me before sending me an email that stated “ We will no longer be moving forward with your employment at Chick-fil-A Lombard “. Read moreSo let me start with, how much I enjoy Chick fil A, very much, but today, I couldn't believe my experience. In Drive thru , ordered my food, I ordered a kids meal nugget with vanilla shake, for myself. Tasted the fries, cold and.pasty, parked my car, went inside, did not get the best customer service, she looked at me like I had spinach in my teeth. The other employee that I encountered before her, just looked didn't say a word, bout I will allow him a pass, because, i believe there was a language barrier. So explained my situation, she hurriedly grabbed another order of fries , I proceed to my car, guess what???? Cold fries, again, I go back inside and she was really looking at me, sideways and I saw her go over ,by the fries and a man comes, brings me the fries and says: they just came out , i say,, are you sure,? yes he says ,Well the fries were warmer than the other two but no where near , straight out the grease....i was fed up and this had already taken away from my time and experience.
