FunFlatables - Lombard — Attraction in Lombard

I took my son on saturday and the place is an absolute chaos.if u want to put ur young ones at risk of serious injury then this place is best for that. Parents are on their phones and the kids play jummping around from one spot to another.well its funflatables thats what kids do. The problem is with the lack of staff and monitoring at this place. Kids age 6 to 10 are jumping along with little ones. There is a section for kids younger than 4 but i saw older kids playing there so its the staff responsibility to keep an eye. I saw a kid with his nose bleeding and when i asked what happebed he said that some one jumped on him...i asked where was his parent or grown up that he came with, he gave me no answer.now where was the staff???? No where..i can understand maybe its their policy to watch kids harm themselves but then why wouldnt you even bother enforcing ur own rules. I could have easily sneaked into that place witj out payinh.becauee there was only one person at the counter and another putting kids on the train for train ride.the rest no staff in the entire crowded area. I did pay but i was just shocked at their laid back attitude..so if you go on a day with unsupervised kids creating a havoc ..leave right away its not worth it.on quiet days it is a fun place but still for 10 dollar entry ticket id rather have my child go to...

I want to give an extremely special thanks to Danielle and Jason for showing my family and I such amazing hospitality for my baby’s 2nd birthday party we had at funflatables in Lombard on 09/27/2024. From the time I inquired about the party with Danielle weeks before the party, up until the very last second, she was amazing. Very sweet, very patient, and answered any questions I had. She went through all of my options with me thoroughly. I was able to bring my own food and decorations. Her and Jason helped me set up, brought me anything that I needed or forgot to bring while rushing to set up the party. They had the perfect balance of giving us our privacy and checking in to see if we needed anything. We didn’t have any mishaps or interruptions from other guests that we’re enjoying the space for open play. They took care of the waiver for the party at the front desk. All I had to do was host. It’s very hard today to find an affordable, fun, and safe place to host parties for children. I appreciate not only the professionalism, but the kindness and courtesy that was shown to us. Danielle, thank you for everything. You will see so much more of me and my loved ones. Look at that face.....

We had our daughter's fifth birthday party here. Typically we host, cater, decorate, provide entertainment, etc. This year we were just too busy and Funflatables provided a convenient alternative. We've been to the Lombard location many times and love how well kept and organized everything is.

The staff made everything super easy. Booking was simple, ordering food was a breeze, and they called and confirmed everything and reviewed the entire process beforehand. When we arrived there was someone there to help us set up and put our decorations up. When the pizza arrived, someone came to serve, and then helped serve cake afterwards. Even though there were two other parties going on at the same time we always had someone checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Take down and clean up was a breeze, and they helped with that also.

This was the most fun I've seen kids have at one of my daughter's birthday parties. It was a fraction of the cost of what we usually spend, and the allotted time was just perfect to get everything done and for the kids to wear themselves out. I can't recommend the staff, facilities, and event coordination here enough....
