First and foremost my wife knows I dislike BK but she dragged me over there for a penny whopper deal that we went to McDonald's to unlock through the app to get there and find out we can't even take advantage of that offer. So, we ended up spending $10 on getting food for my wife and I which I never get sauce on my burgers because I like to eat them with just ranch. After already ordering and waiting 10 mins for the food I ask what sauces they had to a gentlemen that worked there, before he could even start one of the other workers interrupts him and automatically just states we have to pay for them. She didn't only said it really rude but she interrupted the guy rudely as well. I explained to her that they should have told us prior to ordering that it was an extra charge for sauces even though we already paid $10 for our food and I asked for NO SAUCE. They lack any sort of customer service and no only rude to customers but are rude to their coworkers. I have never gone to a single BK that I have enjoyed! Completely...
Read moreI entered the store to buy a meal and was met with untrained employees and manganent too disinterested to actually help in anyway, I was put into a situation that made me feel as though I did something wrong by trying to spend my money at a buisness.
Alvaro's tone was unnecessarily irritated as though I was bothering him by trying to get a copy of my reciept they took from me after my meal wasn't input correctly by the cashier. When asked if any of the managers know how to use there system to print a reciept a older woman appearing to be a manager felt the need to inform me that "nope no one knows how it's a new system" and smile at me as though it was a very entertaining matter.

Get a nervous nelly clerk telling me: “oh I can’t complete your order because we’re all out of Impossible Burgers but u can choose another burger.” I told him: “that would be nice but I don’t eat meat.” Have waiting in the air for like 3 min not knowing if someone was going to explain further instructions. Their solution was a manager who made no eye contact with me nor did they have an apology to say to me. I did not make a scene nor make a fuss.
