I honestly love their pizza, but the customer service is ABSOLUTELY terrible and someone should consider training the staff again. We ordered Pizza and Cheese Sticks through the app, had one add on and asked for extra ranch. The pizza did not come with the extra request and we only received one ranch. After calling them and explaining the mistake, they offered us an in-store credit for the entire order, which we really appreciated! So far, so good. Today we ordered the EXACT same thing again, trying to use our in-store credit, and suddenly the proce was $12 more? After asking why it was more they told us that we had to pay for the Cheese Sticks and they were more expensive than on the app. The young lady on the phone said in a very annoyed voice that she never ordered over the app and she doesn’t know the prices? Like, what? Firstly shouldn’t the prices be the same on the app and in store and secondly how are you not trained on YOUR app? I asked if there was somebody who knows the app and could help us. We got transferred over to the rudest person Ive ever had to deal with. I explained my question again and her answer was LITERALLY: “Oh my god, let me ring it up AGAIN! Uuugh no, you know what, we‘ll just send it to you completely for free for WHATEVER mistake we made! Uuugh“
How do they think this is okay? This is most DEFINITELY the last time we spend our money there and super sad for the establishment, as they really do have good food but it‘s getting ruined by their rude and badly trained staff.
TL;TR: Spend your money somewhere else and you don‘t have to deal with rude and...
Read moreFirst experience ever being inside the restaurant was not the best. My friend was visiting from out of town and we love pizza so decided to try eating in since we’ve only gotten delivery. Waking in we were treated very cold. We were not greeted or even told where to sit. When we sat at a table near the tvs so we could watch a football game we were told we couldn’t sit there because the pizza tray would not fit on the table? Then when we were moved the server tried to sit us all the way at a back table where the tv couldn’t be seen. Mind you there were Only 2 other couples eating in. There were many tables available. When it came to ordering the waiter barely wanted to speak to us and when our drinks were brought to the table our waiter tossed the coasters at us and nearly tossed the water pitcher at us as well! We tried to brush it off but noticed how differently we were treated and talked to. The waiter was an older man who was working behind the bar as well. It was made very clear there may be some prejudice in the restaurant. Our waiter barely said one word to us when taking our order and bringing the food. Even our paper plates got tossed at us. Very different from the people across us who he told made extreme friendly conversation to. Even kindly told them to “sit tight so he can get them their plates since the pizza was nice and hot” it was embarrassing brining a friend who was visiting just to be treated this way. While the pizza is good definitely won’t be giving anymore service to this place! And I recommend POCs...
Read moreI tried to use a coupon for a "free" medium pizza. The coupon came through Facebook, and required Facebook Messenger to validate the coupon. I refuse to install Messenger on my phone because of widely known security concerns in the app. We went there anyway to inquire about the pizza, and was told that they'd honor the offer, but we were strongly, even rudely, told we were expected to purchase additional items to go along with it. Fair enough. We ordered a Caesar salad. It consisted of chopped up iceberg lettuce and two packages of Marzetti Caesar salad dressing, and cost twelve dollars. Yech! I asked for a sugar free decaffeinated fountain drink and was told lemonade was the only one available. Diet Pepsi was what was delivered to the table, and it cost another three dollars. Then the owner of the restaurant came over to see the problem with not having Messenger on the phone, and proceeded to abuse me for not providing the marketing information via Messenger he was paying for with Facebook. When the pizza finally arrived, it was undercooked, and had a very limp crust, like it was made in a factory somewhere and cooked in a microwave. Another Yech! To top it all off, the front of the restaurant was crowded with displays and shelves hocking all kinds of junk, to the point that it was difficult to get in and out of the door. Can you say fire hazard? This was a classic case of "if it seems too good to be true, it probably isn't". There are lots of good places to eat in Lompoc, but Wild West Pizza & Grill isn't...
