Arby's — Restaurant in London

Personally I wish I could leave negative stars because that’s exactly what I would do! This is by far the worst fast food experience I have had in a very long time. They give me my Dr Pepper float overflowing In my car… made a big mess and it was not made right it was half Dr Pepper the other half the icy part… I ordered curly fries and they were as hard as a rock… And to top it off two apple turnovers… That crumbled when I tried to eat one they were so hard, and not only hard cold as well!!! We had a dine in order tonight, order #177 at 8:51pm. Our server, Leslie, walked to the register, said hold on a minute, then went back to stand in front of the lady who was taking drive thru orders. After about three minutes of watching them, she turned back around and took our order. She proceeded to crumble up our receipt and threw it away.We waited for our order and received a roast beef sandwich instead of a french dip sub. We exchanged that out but, the fried Mac n cheese bites were literally burned. I do have to say the restaurant was very clean. Applied for a crew member position here and had an interview February 6th. Interview went great and I was under the impression that I got the job since the lady that interviewed me said that they would give me a shot an that I would hear something within the next few days via email that way I had time to get the slip resistant shoes.
