My visit to Dunkin' Donuts was an exercise in frustration and disbelief. As soon as I crossed the sticky threshold and entered the dirty lobby, I noticed the staff, a group of disinterested teenagers, completely ignoring customers in favor of their cell phones and loud conversations about their personal lives and hatred for their jobs. It was immediately clear that taking orders was the last thing on their minds. The manager on duty was no better, wandering aimlessly with a vacant look that suggested she might be under the influence of something stronger than caffeine.
After finally managing to place my order, I waited in vain for over 25 minutes. Despite repeatedly approaching the counter to inquire about my order, I received no assistance or acknowledgment. Several other frustrated patrons and I began joking about who might receive their order first, but none of us were served. It felt like we were participants in a bizarre game show where the prize was a lukewarm coffee that would never materialize.
The scene behind the counter was almost comical. One employee, twirling a lock of hair with the intensity of a cat toying with a doomed mouse, seemed utterly absorbed in her phone. Another staff member, slouching against the counter, looked as if he might collapse into a puddle of ennui at any moment. Their loud complaints about hating their jobs were incredibly unprofessional like nurses loudly grumbling about how incapable the doctors are within earshot of the patients at a hospital.
Ultimately, I left without my order, wasting a significant portion of my morning in a place where customer service was not a priority. This was my third and last visit to this place. The previous two were no better, but at least I received my order. I suggest the owner intervene and rectify this situation, as this location is damaging to the brand in general. However, it is apparent from the multitude of reviews that the owner does not care enough.

Read moreI didnt enjoy not being greeted, standing at the register while they stared at my family like we had weiners growing out of our foreheads. I especially didnt like my food being literally thrown at me onto the counter, after a 15 minute wate listening to employees yelling and laughing in the back, and the "are you dumb or something or did you actually not want flavoring in your coffee", yeah didnt like that... my food was Absolutely wrong, and my son had to take his back in because, we paid extra for bacon, he got no bacon. get this, health department I hope youre listening she took his order back over the counter, added bacon and handed it back** Ive not worked fast food in 15 years but I do remember that being a huge no no. And if they will do it casually for an 11 year old kid that doesnt know any better. I cant imagine what they are doing that we cant see! There was an older employee that left looking disheartened, I overheard another employee talking on the phone, "she just quit, said she was sick, yeah like medical issues"... no it was sick and tired of the attitudes of the other employees. Like every customer is a burden. I get it, fast food is hard, but the customers are literally the reason you get a paycheck, you have products... sell them proudly. Even if you arent proud of the job you should have pride in yourself. When you get a job in something other than fast food, you will be overlooked for promotions purely because of your attitude toward the customer. Imagine your nurse throwing your meds at you while your scared and sick in the hospital, or your child's teacher asking them "are you dumb or something, because I went over this today"... you have to see how your attitude will cost you. It has absolutely cost you a family of customers...
Read moreFirst off I am an absolute fan of the Dunkin brand in general. In my opinion Dunkin has an overall fantastic product, that being said this location in London Kentucky is a huge black eye on the company branding.
I have tried on many occasions to visit this location only to be disappointed by the abysmal service and terribly prepared product.
On multiple occasions while visiting the drive thru I am told to pull forward and wait because they do not have any COFFE ready! This is literally the staple of the Dunkin Donuts product line.
Then I receive a coffee that is either burnt or has a weird taste I can only describe as sour or funky. I have never had this experience with any other Dunkin Donuts location.
This location has two drive up windows but only one is ever utilized, leaving wait times often in excess of 20 minutes or more.
Also worth noting that I became so disappointed with this being the only Dunkin location in my area I purchased a coffe grinder just to avoid the long lines and tossing away the product being served.
I even tried purchasing whole bean coffe at this location on multiple occasions only to be told they don't carry it really! I've had to order it through Amazon.
I hope Dunkin Donuts corporate reads these reviews and understand that this location cannot be following product guidelines and are donig damage to the...
