Burger King — Restaurant in London

Yes this is the bus station. Yes it is a rough place at night. But the manager will let you stay and catch the bus and treat you as an equal even though there is people there that are very wild. Good luck with your travels. But the manager is a very nice man. They should make that Burger King a 24 hours considering buses go there 24 hours and people are left outside at night after they closed but like I said that manager on the second shift is about 44 years old I had a few conversations with him, he deserves a raise the stuff that that man went through in one night I can only imagine working in an atmosphere like that fast food and a bus station at the same time. Hey man literally banging on the back door was completely disrespectful because they were closed after hours and spit on the window and treated them all ruthlessly. Still handled it professionally. The food at this location has always been decent and that hasnt changed .. So no complaints there.. The bad thing about everything this time was how rude the lady on the intercom in the drive thru was.. Several times tried to argue with us over what we tried to order.. It was a new promotion buy one sandwich get another for a dollar.. There were 6 items listed right in front of us on the menu board .. A whopper- an original chicken sandwich- a 10 piece chicken fry- the impossible whopper- the new single bacon king- and the big fish sandwich... We tried to order two original whoppers and two of the new single bacon kings but was refused numerous times and tried to explain to the lady.. That was one of the options that was on the menu in front of us.. Eventually we just ordered 3 whoppers and one 10 piece chicken fry.. In which the chicken fries were just thrown out from being to old and hard... Definitely needs alot of work done there with their customer service and satisfaction...

Why is there no negative star button on this. I would not waste my money at this restaurant. Stopped in was so hungry for a whopper and got it home and had to throw it in the trash because it was so nasty and my tea tasted like it had been filtered threw old socks. Employees where worthless and more worried about playing on their cellphone then taking care of customers. There was an elderly lady working there that was very nice and friendly but the rest of the staff I would fire them all and start over because they did not do anything anyways. The younger staff members basically acted like I was a bother to them because they had to get off their lazy butts and work. I will definitely let everyone know stay away from this place and It would be better buying gas station sushi and probably safer then the food at...
