Hardee’s — Restaurant in London

Honestly I couldn’t tell about the food we never got to order anything. We originally went through the drive thru but after sitting for over 5 minutes and no one coming over the speaker to take an order I decided to go inside, Yes it was open it was 12:20pm when we went. Anyway I go inside and the cashier is on the phone taking an order, she then walks the paper to the kitchen then she comes back and makes another phone call and walks away. I watched 4 people walk around and no one bother to acknowledge me standing at the counter to order. The only person to acknowledge me was the girl making milkshakes, who asked if I was waiting on food. I told her I was waiting to place an order, that I had already gone through drive thru without any luck, she looked confused as to why no one was at the counter, at which point I decided that it wasn’t even worth ordering at that point and I left. I should point out that it wasn’t busy, their was 1 person waiting for food at the drive thru window and only 3 tables being...

It took over 5 minutes just to get my change return to me. When the manager come up to put the cash in the drawer he shut the drawer and locked the cashier out from getting my change. She had to track him down again for him to open it. From the time I placed the order to the time I received my order was 33 minutes. Several people that ordered after people in front of me to include myself received their orders within about 10 minutes. When I got my order My drink was flat, the sandwiches were overdone, cold, and the buns were stale. To include my fries were cold. Everything was brought to the attention of the staff. Sandwiches were replaced but were still cold. Wouldn't even melt the cheese. This was at the store in London, Kentucky. Store number 1503504. Order number 160002. The only one that seemed to care was the young lady that took my order to begin with. The receipt shows her name as Tabitha for her. I would give five stars for the rest of the establishment. It...

I love Hardee's. But the service here is truly horrible. I've been trying to eat here for a week and haven't been able to because one of the women there has gotten an attitude with me 3 times to the point where I just get upset and leave. The first time she got impatient with me because I forgot my wallet and was digging for enough cash to pay. When I asked her to hold on one moment because I forgot my wallet, she gasped and said "really! ". My food wasn't even ready yet and there was no reason to rush me. The next time it was pouring down rain and I went straight to the window to stay dry because it was pouring and the same women refused to take my order or even open the window. The third time was today. A different lady took my order but when I pulled up she turned to the other lady, short blonde middle aged lady with glasses who had the attitude, and said hey its that guy.... like I trust eating thier...
