Skip this McDonalds if possible. Dirty greasy floors in the playground room area. I watched one kid slip and fall 3 times, my daughter also slipped once. Even one of the parents of another child walked out of the room into the lobby complaining to himself about the floors being really slick. That's just asking for a lawsuit. Trash all over the floors, trash/food/condiments on the tables (nothing was being cleaned or anything in this whole room---no tables, floors, or even trash. The trash was filled to the top of the can) When I ordered/paid at the self kiosk I was prompted to take a tent number which I did. This is very common at McDonalds when you dine in. Grabbed my tent number and sat down and after 25 minutes of waiting I went up to the front to see what was going on and found my order and the food was sitting up there at the cashier front counter. An employee saw me with my tent number and hurriedly picked up the bag and said "oh are you #50?" Obviously since I was holding that number. The food was cold. If you're not going to bring the order to the table, I have no problem with that. But reprogram your kiosk or add a sign that says the order will not be brought out to you. This whole location is a let down. If you do find yourself here and eating inside, just put on the kiosk to-go. Not inside dining. That way you can just grab your bag of food because they don't give you a tray anyway for choosing dining in. Also, they're not bringing it to you like the kiosk says. Like I said, I have no issue waiting at the front for it then sitting down with my hopefully hot food. But how is a customer to know that it won't be brought to them if you won't put up a sign? Also these McFlurrie's were a monstrosity and completely unacceptable to be given to a customer. These were ordered when we were heading out to leave. $7.50 for slop McFlurries with more ice cream on the outside of the container than inside. Never again.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my whole life. First of all, me and my daughter witnessed a female worker not wash their hands after using the restroom. She flushed and walked straight out, without even looking at the sink! This is the worst thing out of everything. But next, the food was horrible, we ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, none of them were spicy and 2 of them didn't even have any sauce that it's supposed to have. It had no sauce at all, completely dry buns! One of the chicken patties was abnormally small that it was hidden inside the bun and looked like a chicken nugget. And another one of the chicken patties was not cooked all the way and was very chewy and gross, it was uneatable so it had to be thrown out. Ice cream machine was apparently broken of course. This place is so gross, I wonder how they pass any of their health inspections! This place needs to be shut down

Asked for a cup of tartar sauce because there is no option on the mobile app, expecting to pay for it, of course. Manager greeted us with eye rolling and head shaking and ignored us until i went back to the register with my receipt to ask for them to prepare it. The minute i walked up to ask for it again, she put it on the counter and didn't call out the order number while rushing back to the kitchen. Called out every other order before and after. Edit: (6/5/2024) recurring problem is never having any onions on my burgers lol. What is the point of putting “extra onions” on them if they all look like this? At least they had pickles on them this time, i guess.

This McDonald's never gets my orders right. Today was horrible at this McDonald's. I ordered a double cheeseburger made like a Big Mac McChicken and a small fry and a medium Coke I paid for my food went to the second window the lady hands me my pop and I took a drink and it was out it didn't taste right so I asked her when she handed me my food if she can make me a new one and I needed to get a honey mustard she said I can't give you one for free its the rules I said okay I still need a honey mustard I can pay for it she said $0.28 so I as i was getting the $0.28 out she handed me my pop and i handed her the .28 cent she close the window I started talking to my little brother she opened the window and said if you're going to start calling me names I don't have to serve you I looked at her and said lady I never called you no names I was talking to my little brother. Well I took a drink of the pop that she handed me and it was still out she told me they have fix this machine 3 times today that I would have to get something else and she slammed the window again so I set there because my pop wasn't right and i hadnt got my honey mustered that i paid for. she opened the window and started accusing me of calling her names again and I said lady I'm not calling you know names if I had anything to say to you I would walk in and say it to you she started hollering for Tammy Tammy Tammy come to the window the woman ignored her and one of her co-workers come to the window and said we're sorry we will fix your pop she was being really nice then the guy manager come to the window and I'm telling him what's going on and he's just looking at me because nobody wants drama and this woman just caused bunch of it i mean if you cant do your job or dislike working at McDonald's go some where else because being rude to customers is uncalled for for no reason so I got a dr. Pepper and the dr. Pepper was out too so I just pulled off this place will hire the most immature people I've ever seen in my life don't complain about your food because you might get accused of calling someone names. I worked fastfood all my life i have never been rude to a customer no matter how i felt bout the situation always had a smile on my face and try to please the customers. Thats one of the big things in a business other than doing your job...

Place my order and went to find a set in the play place with my toddler. After waiting several minutes at my table with my number on the table I we to locate my food. Which I found on the counter in a back with my table number taped to the bag. The food in the bag was cold and grease logged after waiting patiently for the staff to bring me the items. I also informed the other 4 families waiting on their food in the play place that their orders were also setting on the counter with my food so that they wouldn't have to wait as long as I did for my food. While also at the store there was a large puddle of water coming from the ac vent in the dining room without a wet floor sign present. There were serval employee's standing out into space not knowing what to do about the water that was in the floor. So, I took my time to find a wet floor sign that was in a dry area in the building so that no one would fall and hurt their self. This is a poor sign of leadership for the staff and building. Hopefully someone will take the time to read my review of the Mcdonald's on 192 in London Kentucky and make appropriate changes so that no other future customers will have the terrible experience that myself and toddler had today. I waited at the counter to speak with someone about my issue. No one took time out of their busy day to stop and help me with this issue. Thank you, Mcdonalds for giving my space in the feedback form to express my distaste for the experience that I had this morning with my toddler that I left in the play place to find my cold food that was waiting for me on the...
