99 Restaurants — Restaurant in Londonderry

The food was alright. There wasn't anything great that would stand out but no huge mistakes either. That being said, the waitress was the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. We were in Londonderry for a wedding amd my mother said that 99 was one of her favorite restaurants in NH so we went. From the beginning the waitress had problems. This may be easiest in list form:

1. Everyone but my toddler got their drink. She forgot it 3 times and we did not get the juice for 30min.
2. My sister-in-law ordered a flavored lemonade sparkler thing and was given the wrong flavor, the waitress argued with her and did not remake it.
3. While waiting for our nachos I watched as the same waitress leaned over a fresh drink (at the next table) and knocked Mountain Dew all over the people. She brought the teenaged boy a kids cup and joked that he was too klutzy for an adult cup, implying he had spilled the soda.
4. When bringing refills, she brought one for everybody except me. Mine was the only empty glass. I waited so long that my mom gave me her unnecessary refill.
5. She took my toddler by the hand (without asking) and walked away with her. I was trapped in the booth and had to angrily wait for them to circle the restaurant while my mother refused to let me up because she thought it was cute. I was livid with the waitress.
6. None of us finished our food. The waitress was irritated that we wouldn't order dessert and scolded my mom for not eating her fries or wanting a box for her 2nd fish taco. We left for the airport early in the morning and didn't eat the food we did take with us, maybe mom had the right idea.

I'm sure I've left things out but this is running very long, for which I apologize. I've never had a worse waitress and couldn't keep for saying...

I never write reviews… but this was just such a terrible experience I had to. I went to 99 Restaurant in Londonderry and have been going to 99 getting the same thing since a teenager. I ordered food for my mom’s birthday dinner and lunch for tomorrow and got salads, a French onion soup, 3 honey BBQ chicken wraps. I got home unpacked all the food to see a literal half wrap the size of a McDonald’s snack wrap cut in half. This thing was embarrassing and I can’t believe it was even served. The wrap had not even kidding one chicken tender in it .. you can see where all the extra bread is folded over. This was literally a finger food sample you would get at a party on a platter. Don’t even get me started on the French onion soup. It was so obviously microwaved and the bread was served on the side and STUCK to the container. I couldn’t even get it off the container without breaking it (I wish I took a video but I was just in shock LOL). I knew their portions got smaller but this is just a whole new level of absurdity. I’m actually just dumbfounded how this was looked at and actually served to a customer. AND I tipped. Please avoid the Londonderry 99 location at all costs …. It ruined my moms birthday dinner and my night and I spent 78 dollars on the worst meal experience...

This review is solely based on my last experience... which was a pickup order by curbside. I would ordinarily give the 99 a four-star rating for dine in. So, I show up at the designated parking area for pickup orders. Nobody assisted me for about 5 minutes (despite having only 3 other cars there to be serviced) Finally, I saw an employee coming right aside from the driver side of my car. He was about to walk past and go back into the 99 entrance door. I flagged him down and told him my name. He then said, "I will be right back".Only 5 more minutes vanished before he takes my debit card to run it through...(another 5 min.) At last I got the bag of food and rushed home to eat. Three things wrong with my Chicken Tenders /Steak Tip Combo: First, The portions are scaled down compared to what they serve you in the restaurant. Second...the tenders were small, dry, and hard in texture. Third, the steak tips were chewier and fattier than ever before. Steak was tasty and cooked medium as ordered, but overall...a disappointing experience. Stay with the premium service and...
