2 days in a row, Went to get a small item laminated(4x7 inches) and was told it would be ready the next night . I was like really , Store MANAGER said 5 orders in front of you @ people working in section and laminate machine was not in use and other person was on their cell phone texting or playing. I Drove down to Salem and had it done in less than 5 minutes... 2nd item! making copies the day before and machine does not print my copies and now has a message "assistance needed", So the worker comes and looks at it and says try the other machine, this one is restarting. I state that it already says i paid. He states I will check, I then get copies from other machine and Employee says no chargers were on other machine. I check credit card that evening and both charges were there. I dispute charge with CC company and they say no problem it is only $3 and we will take it off. Sign says Amazon package returns go to customer service and other packages go to the other return station. These are the posted instructions. I have packages that go to both stations. So I stand in the ‘other’ line for 15 minutes waiting for someone to arrive at the desk. Then stand in the Amazon return line at customer service for another 15 minutes, to find out that I have to go back to the ‘other’ line because my return label is already affixed. Back to the ‘other’ line. When I ask why they they don’t have accurate instruction signs and if they would please consider updating their signs, as I’ve been in this store for 30 minutes to return 2 packages- Im advised ‘well before we didn’t have any signs, we had to make these ourselves.’ Imagine Staples, with endless computers, paper and printers, being so inconvenience that they have to make their own signs that customers should be grateful to have them at all, even if they...

This Staples is one of the best! I’ve lived in town for over 10 years and go there often for all of my home office and business needs. Most recently, I printed my wedding invitations, details cards and RSVPs there. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful Service Member named Esther. I came in early on a Friday morning, with many other customers, and noticed Esther seemed to be the only employee in the “printing” department. I was pulling some files off of my computer and watched her buzzing around, assisting everyone at rapid speed and with a kind smile.
