🔎 I wanted to give a 5-STARS Rate-ing to This BurgerKing® , because : you've got some Very 😃POLITE , EXCELLENT 🏅 , & Efficient Workers at Burger King ® in Londonderry !!! 👍🏻 👍🏻 HOWEVER : You've got 🚩 MAJOR PROBLEMS with that RUDE Old Lady , who wears a " 40 YEARS " PIN on her work-shirt ( Uniform ) ... so , THEREFORE , I have given a TEMPORARY Over-All Rate-ing of 2/5 STARS ( ⭐ ⭐ ) , to This Burger King ® in Londonderry-N.H. Now , When this lady is Re-Educated & Re-Trained in customer service Communications , & when she Starts to Speak much more Polite-ly to customers , & when she Eliminates her Rude behaviors ... THEN , I will change my Over-All Rate-ing to : FIVE ( 5/5 ) STARS , for this Burger King ® Store , in Londonderry , New Hampshire.
📚 LESSON # 1 : When a 💰Customer says to a worker : " How you doin' Today ? " , THEN , 🇺🇸 Our Traditions of POLITE-NESS , common-courtesy , & Common-Sense ... demand that the worker SHOULD Respond with , something like :
" I'm good/well , How are YOU ? "
However , the ignorant " 40 YEARS Lady " FAILED ( 🚫2 Times🚫 ) to ask the customer :
" How are YOU ? "
That is very ignorant , & NOT-Polite , & Non-intelligent !!
That occurred on-or-around : Saturday-20-July , ( 2024. ).
... WHEN I have More Free-Time 🕰 ... then , I will add MORE DETAILS ( in This Review ) about your MULTIPLE 🚩Problems with this " 40 YEARS Lady ".
... in the meantime , I would like a Corporate-Level manager to post a written-response to This Review , on This Google web-page ; Plus , I am asking that manager to put a Corporate-Level email-address , into his written-response to This Review/Report ; ... ... because , I'm going to send More information to that Corporate-Level email-address ... in...

The good:
The best part is it has a huge multi-level playground that my daughter loves. This is why I drag myself here occasionally. It is very deceiving from the outside as it looks like an ordinary restaurant. That is because most of the play area is actually under ground. I have been told it is the largest in the country.
There is also lots of seating in the play area which is really nice.
So to summarize it is a fun place for kids.
Now The Bad:
The food is terrible quality that seems to make me sick every time I come. This may be in part because there is so much salt you literally have to scrape it off to eat the fries. I am not sure but it is the only fast food that makes me sick.
The place does not seem to be clean or maintained very well. The last time I went to the bathroom it was very dirty, there was no soap or towels.
The service is normally unfirendly. I had a cashier last time I went that never even greeted me despite standing in front of her for over a minute. She was not busy she was just standing there uncaringly waiting.
When I am there I like to have a coffee and use wifi while my daughter plays. Normally the coffee is old and the wifi only gives me one or maybe two bars of signal (i.e. it is barely usable).
My advice to them is start caring starting with actually greeting the customers and making them feel welcome. Improve the quality of both the food and service including reducing the salt! Finally beef up the wifi router signal so it actually works within the restaurant.

Read moreWell, that was pretty terrible. Maybe it was just a bad night, but they sure do seem resigned to being terrible. Low points: 1) Our order took 22 minutes. 2) They were out of all non-diet sodas! 3) He didn't bother to tell us this when we ordered. Somehow, he seemed to think it would be better if we discovered that on our own? After struggling with the infernal machine for a few minutes, waiting a few more for someone to acknowledge our existence, they told us the knew; it had been that way for days! 4) I'm still not sure what took 22 minutes, but it wasn't the fries or the rings, so of course they were room temperature by the time we were served 5) Of course, no ketchup to be found, nor the sauce for the rings 6) Unsurprisingly, I think they at least were aware how much they sucked, and so were almost impossible to talk to; they mostly were hoping that if they ignored us, we'd stop wanting our food/drinks.
High points: Well, there were napkins. That's something, right? OK, beyond that, the place was clean and neat. The burgers were pretty good. I almost feel bad for the people working there; they seemed nice enough, and weren't rude or anything, just unable to deal with the fact that they were sucking so bad. But no apologies or explanations or anything. If things are broken there beyond their control, a little customer service can go a long way towards smoothing things out. All in all though, probably my most comically bad fast food...
