Had a bad ..and bizarre experience with a girl with a blond braid at the drive thru this evening sometime between 4-5 pm. My daughter talked me into bringing her for a treat at dunks, and this worker left me completely baffled! Our daughter wanted to order one of those Sabrina Carpenter drinks "Me espresso" (LOL... I know! ) so I decided I would get myself a hot chocolate with 2 shots of espresso as I had a lot of rewards points on my app I planned on using for my drink. (she was using a gift card she had) The girl at the drive thru scans my app, it takes my points, but then she tells me that my drink would not count. I let her know that it took my points, so she doesn't quite know what to do, to take the pressure off of her having to figure out how to restore my points I tell her that I will just go ahead and get another of the same drink my daughter got (I was just going to bring it to my other daughter at home) and just pay for my hot chocolate with 2 shots of espresso. She walks away, a different girl with a blond braid comes back with the drinks and says "These do not count for the app" I was confused as to why she was bringing me the drinks then and assumed she didn't realize what had happened and that the only reason I ordered the second drink was because they took my points, I explain it to her and she begins to speak to me with an attitude and tells me I don't have to be rude. I am baffled! I look at my daughter in the passenger seat to register if there is something I was missed here. Did something I say register as rude??? I was simply explaining the situation very calmly, never raising my voice or blaming anyone. My daughter is just as baffled as I am. I ask the girl, "Was I being rude??" She responds, "Yes! Very Rude!" I tell her "I was not being rude, but you are being very rude!" She then animatedly asks, "Are you going to take your drinks?!" I say yes and take them, then she tells me I need to leave (the drive thru) I am putting my drinks in the cup holders and in shock as to what is going on in her head. She walks away and a young man comes. I ask for a manager, he tells me there isn't one there right now. I ask for her name, he says he cannot give it to me. As I pulled away I began laughing out of pure shock and confusion. My daughter appeared overwhelmed and started crying. She had been excited to get a treat at Dunk's and for our little outing to turn into such a dramatic event for no reason what so ever was beyond disappointing. The hostility that girl delivered to us at the drive thru was uncalled for and even if I HAD raised my voice (WHICH I DIDN'T!) We are really disgusted by this incident and I hope that somehow that girl learns that speaking to customers, and people in general that way...
Read moreThe past three days have been getting there at 4.30 pm is little kids making fun at the speaker when ordering a medium hot butter pecan...giggling she wants a hit...oh couldn't hear you iced...no hot..pulled up to the window paid and always give a dollar tip...not even a thank you. It was hot milky barley any coffee flavor..disgusted
Today arrived at 5 ..same issue at the speaker laughing giggling 3 of them walking by the window laughing..hands me the coffee after I paid for it top comes off spilling coffee on me so I said excuse have a better lid..not on tight the one laughing at me thru the side says she took the lid off...I said no I didn't she the one with braces said give it back to her...I asked for napkins and she started to shut the window on me I said never coming back here.
Drove around and saw some lady thought she was the manager started telling her about what happened...oh that's the way the life are napkins over there.. not even sorry nothing
I always gave a dollar tip for the last 5 years 5 days a week...and never had issues...

Free medium coffee with purchase on the app. Was putting in my order (food and medium hot coffee)and it wasn’t taking the price off the coffee so I removed the coffee and still ordered my food. I waited until I got to the window and ordered the coffee and told them what happened with the app. The lady taking my order pretty much told me oh well there’s nothing they can do because they have no control over the app..she stated the coffee had to be included in the order however the app wasn’t taking the price of the coffee off so I would of paid for it had I left it with my food order?…and still at the window didn’t get my coffee after being told I’d have to pay for it . After the morning I had and being a consistent and loyal customer with this location, she still wouldn’t help me out. Not great customer service and Dunkin, fix...
