I don’t normally leave reviews — good or bad — but this Taco Bell has finally pushed me to my limit. I’ve been coming here on and off for the past year, and I can confidently say this is the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever encountered. Every single visit is an absolute disaster in terms of wait time, and tonight was the final straw.
Let me start by saying it is not an exaggeration when I say I regularly wait upwards of an hour in line — even when there are only one or two cars ahead of me. I’ll pull up to the drive-thru, place a simple order, and like clockwork, I’m told to “pull around to the front” to wait. From there, I’m left sitting in my car for another 30+ minutes. For what? A couple tacos and a quesadilla? If I wanted to spend 90 minutes waiting for food, I would go to an actual Mexican restaurant and enjoy fresh food and a better experience.
Tonight, hoping to finally bypass this nightmare, I decided to order through DoorDash thinking it might save me time. I was very wrong. Two hours later, I’m still sitting here starving. I’ve had three different drivers try to pick up my food and not one has been able to get it — the store still hasn’t made my order. Let me repeat that: two hours, three different drivers, and they still haven’t made a simple quesadilla.
This isn’t a one-off situation. It happens every single time. It’s clear the staff here either doesn’t care or is completely overwhelmed and mismanaged. I’ve worked in fast food before, and I know it can get busy, but this is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. The level of inefficiency is truly baffling.
There’s absolutely no sense of urgency or customer care. No apology. No explanation. Just a long, frustrating wait for cold, subpar food (when it eventually shows up). And honestly, half the time, the order isn’t even right.
Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. This Taco Bell is a black hole for your time, your patience, and...
Read moreStopped by to pick up dinner and went inside at 5:25 PM, marking the last car in line as I did. The dining room was full of people either waiting for food or waiting to order, and I luckily was the third person in line to order as the area behind me filled up with new customers. The kitchen seemed to be focused on the drive-through and I did not order until 5:40. Though there were people who still needed to take orders, no one took care of the front room, and there was no movement of food until 6:06. The car that had been in line when I entered had moved through 12 minutes later, which I knew because I had a perfect view of the drive-through window. The kitchen crew continued to focus on the drive-through line and at 6:10, (45 minutes later) I complained. A young lady told me she was sorry for the wait, and I explained that if they focused on both the dining room and the drive-through, the wait wouldn't be so long. At this point, food started to come to customers out front, and I noticed that people who had ordered after me were getting their food, though they too, had waited a crazy amount of time. No one was in the drive-through at this point. At 6:20, I was the only one left in the dining room (save a person with mental health who was screaming and yelling profanity and had been doing so the entire time) and when a DoorDash driver came in for an order, they told her it would be another 13 minutes as they needed to cook more chicken (which is what I ordered ). The young lady that I had spoken with earlier looked at me and kind of smirked. I was infuriated and asked for a refund, crossed the street to pick up some McDonald's (which I never eat, but had within five minutes) as I had a 98-year-old friend waiting for her dinner. After an hour, I had not received any food. Never again! I was able to count at least seven employees working there. Very poorly run, disrespectful, employees,...
Read moreLiterally the worst experience. Everything was fine when ordering except for the fact that they were out of a bunch of items. Then we waited for our food. And waited. And waited. There were four other people inside, no one going through the drive through. One person got his meal and it was completely wrong, when he went to tell the staff they were acting like he was being an inconvenience.
Then, a girl working there (looked very young, short, dirty blonde hair) came out and asked an elderly couple what they ordered even though they had only just put in their order. When the woman told her that they had only just ordered, the girl asked the question again slower and seemed very rude. She then went to another couple who had been waiting longer than us and asked them their order and then told them that they had accidentally deleted it.
The older couple was given their food and, no surprise, it was the completely wrong order (and the couple had only ordered one simple thing). They brought it back to the front and again the staff were all exasperated. A manager came out and asked the couple if they could offer them anything when me and my mother had placed our order a good 15 minutes before that couple and hadn’t even been checked up on.
Finally, we got our food and just left because at that point we were just going to settle for whatever was in the bag. The food was cold and barely had any meat. On top of that, the girl took out receipt when we were finally given the food and never...
