If I could give this location 0 stars i would. I placed a pick up order on the app, and decided to go inside as the drive thru line was out on the street. Walked up to the register let the cashier know i placed a pick up order on the Wendys app. He looked up the order, rolled his eyes and printed a receipt which he placed on the counter without saying anything to me. So i backed away and started to wait. There were only about 2-3 ppl ahead of me at this time. Still waiting and seeing others come in and place their orders and they begin to wait. A door dash person came in, the cashier printed their receipt and put it next to mine. The ppl in the back started making the door dash order ahead of mine. The door dash order left along with a few other people. While standing there waiting, an elder lady brought her chili back up to the register and said it was cold, one of the girls in the back rolled her eyes, took the chili threw it away and gave the customer a new bowl of chili, to which the customer said this is cold as well. Everyone tried to ignore her, but she then asked for her money back (which i should have done). The manager came up, gave her the money back and someone told her the chili heater wasnt even turned on, so that chili was just sitting there for hours without any heat, gross. More orders coming inside, i heard the cashier say that the order for (my name) was waiting for a long time, and the MANAGER said thats not my problem, theyll just have to keep waiting. Again i should have asked for my money back but im pregnant and was starving so still waited for my food. They got a whole bunch of orders out, cleared out almost the entire dining room before they even started making my order. Finally after about 45 minutes i got my order, we left and come to find out nothing was made correctly and the food was ice cold. Made a complaint on the app, took a couple weeks to even hear back from anyone. Then the manager asks me for my home address to mail coupons to- which i said im not sending my home address and i dont think thats acceptable to even ask for. Then the DM asks for my phone number to discuss lol! I see why this place has a 3star review. Will never be coming back here with management not even taking care of their customers. You guys can keep your coupons, thanks anyway for no action. Btw- we were the only colored ppl in this wendys and one of the last to be served with an order that was placed on their wendys...
Read moreAfter reading the most recent review I felt that I should speak up as well as I had exactly the same experience. The girl with the long dark hair at the counter had a very poor attitude and never smiled once. Just no personality whatsoever. I am hard of hearing (hearing aid and cochlear implant) and when I couldn't hear what she said and asked to repeat, it was like she didn't want to repeat herself or even talk at all. What's sad is that her manager was right behind her, watching her for awhile and never once pulled her off to the side. You could tell that she had that poor attitude for quite sometime and just did not want to be there. Also a profound lack of effort or motivation from her was concerning. When one crew member isn't a team player, this causes the rest of the team to fall behind. I would've sent her home. The customer service was just all around atrocious from her. I've been to this Wendy's multiple times in the past and dealt with very professional and cordial crew members. Never once had a problem. It's sad that this Wendy's has changed so much with their customer service over the summer. Much like what was said in the last review it took a good 20 minutes for my order to be ready, and normally it would take half the time or even shorter. I honestly hate writing bad reviews, but I received a very dark feeling from this crew member during my last visit. I hope things turn around over there the next when and if I ever do go...
Read moreI went to this Wendy's on Nashua Rd in Londonderry at 4:39 this afternoon. OMG, I have never been so disrespected or treated so mean by anyone in customer service than I was there today! I got med fries and an iced coffee. I was handed the bag with fries and before I took the coffee from this person's hand I said it was too dark and needed more cream. She put more cream in it (took at least 2 minutes to do) and practically threw it at me when I went to take it. She slammed the window and before that I yelled "that was fresh!!!" I was furious. I went in to complain to the "manager" but the employees all gathered including this disrespectful and RUDE girl and they all seemed to hem and haw and I never got to see the manager. SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I actually thought she might have spit in my coffee before she gave it back to me so I wouldn't drink it.
