Walked in and asked for a extra toasted tortilla for my burrito, received a weird face. I asked 2 more times and the lady helping me (dark hair in a ponytail, no makeup with nose piercing) started getting out another tortilla? I asked again for my tortilla to just be put in the toaster ONE MORE TIME and she and another coworker looked at each other extremely confused. The male coworker (dark shaggy hair) began explaining to me that they don't "do this here" and basically what im asking for is completely unheard of and weird. I again asked for my request to be made and he asks me if i want it crispy... and i said no I just want it in the toaster one more time please like i've been asking...
I rarely go to this chipotle... I go to others and when I ask for a extra toasted tortilla they do what I ask with a smile and no questions asked. I think this lady helping me either has no idea how to do her job or has no idea how to communicate because I don't think she spoke to me the whole time, and if she did she was extremely quiet. She didn't toast my tortilla again until the male coworker gave up arguing with me and told her to "just do it again".
My burrito ended up being a little too big to wrap all the way so the male coworker asked the lady to get him another tortilla. I asked her if she could toast that one twice as well please. She gave this confused face to the guy, completely ignored me, and again DIDNT MEET MY REQUEST until the guy repeated almost exactly what I said to her again.
It appears that this lady also has problems with other customers since while I was paying, a man that was serviced before me came up complaining that he was given steak but he ASKED AND PAYED for a completely different protein. He himself had to ask for his bowl to be remade as both the lady and guy just stood there and did absolutely nothing to try to solve the issue.
Overall this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. How are you going to tell a customer their request that they get done at every other location is unable to be made because they "don't do this here" It was a simple request and I would appreciate if everyone at this location goes through another round of customer service training because this altercation was long and completely unnecessary. THIS OCCURRED ON: Sunday night at around...

I went in to order three tacos. Ordered three steak tacos, and asked the girl to substitute one carnitas taco. I always do this, and have no problem paying the price for the three higher priced tacos whichever they may be. I asked for guacamole on all the tacos, again as I always do. Got to the register they charged me for 3 single tacos (not the three grouping they normally charge), and then proceeded to charge me $2.80 for guacamole on each taco. That is nearly $9:00 for guacamole on top of three tacos. For a three taco meal with a drink I was charged $25.26. I wasn't really paying attention at the time, but when I looked at the receipt I was appalled. Charging me for three individual tacos was bad enough, but to then charge me for guacamole three separate times is just wrong. I had almost $9:00 of guacamole alone.
I went to their website to make a mock order for three tacos with guacamole, guess what they only charged me one time ($2.80) for the three tacos.
Since I can't get back to that Chipotle for some time I decided to contact them via their report an experience link. I was told politely that each store sets their own pricing policy, and well, just bend over and take it.

Read moreWe come to this location several times a week. We had gotten to know some of the employees as we are regulars. I don’t know if it’s related to the time of day we’ve gone lately, but it’s been in the late evenings for dinner. The employees seem to be a very young (high school kids?) crew across the board, which isn’t a bad thing at all. The issue seems to be their shift supervisor/training. The food line has been extremely messy. Food/condiments all over the line where the food is plated. They drag your food through the mess as they make it and don’t seem to care to keep it clean at all. The food quality has been the same (typically good). The last time we were in, their was a long line and no one was being helped. We started asking people in front of us and they said everyone was waiting for rice. We waited too, about 10 minutes or so and the rice (we all waited for) looked like wet mush so we ended up leaving and going to the location closer to Park Meadows. I believe this is a training issue, not the young employees’ fault. They need to be taught the proper food handling guidelines and some basic cleaning methods for keeping the food looking good as well as...
