Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lone Tree

Let me start off my review by saying that as far as chains go I honestly think that Jersey Mikes has just about the best subs you can get. Cold or hot they often come out looking like the pictures (which says a lot). This particular location (lone tree) is right down the street from my company and therefore gets visited by me perhaps once a week. I used to be really impressed with the employees they used to have but recently they seem to have swapped the staff around a bit and the last few times I have left a bit disappointed, and feeling a bit shafted by the size and quality of my subs which have easily been an inch or so shorter and frankly dinkier than normal (probably just lack of attention by careless employees cutting the bread) etc. Today I went in after the lunch rush (about 1:30pm) and ordered a chicken cheesesteak, which normally take a bit longer to make than cold subs, but for some reason I was kept waiting an awfully long time with multiple hot sandwich customers being served before me. After asking for the second time if I was forgotten, the young lady appeared to be rushing a sub out to me (seemed as though I was indeed forgotten), which was clearly on the small size yet again and upon returning to work I realized that they had made me the entirely wrong sub (Steak vs the Chicken I ordered). Anyways after several disappointing visits I probably wont be back to this location any time soon.

-Update: it’s been a while and I’ve decided to give them another shot and so far so good. Perhaps not quite the all star staff that originally made me become a regular but much better than they were around the time I originally wrote this...

Very rude! Blonde, older lady and brunette, teenage male working, and very very rude and disrespectful. Kept telling me my order was the next one up for Uber eats, but they did and five other orders before even starting mine. And then I just called in because I got another order some I asked him how long is it gonna be until they’re done with my order, and I was told I really don’t know. And I can’t give you information or a time because I’m the only one here and I do not have time to talk, because I have multiple orders to do, first off you’re not the only one there, I just was in there and you had another person in there you guys were just working very slowly and not doing your jobs, and like I get when there’s a big order, there’s a lot of orders, but they really didn’t have a whole lot. They just kept allowing the people who ordered Uber, which is supposed to be faster that way, but instead of it being faster, that way they kept having those people wait longer and the people who came into the store, they took care of right away. and it to lie to me that you were the only one there because you don’t wanna know how to do your job and actually give out information that customers calling to ask is really messed up, and on top of that to tell me that you don’t have time to talk to a...

I eat at Jersey Mike's around town at least once a week. Have some favorite spots. This was not one of them. First off I ordered a # 55 chicken big Kahana as a wrap and ask if they could "add" lettuce and tomatoes when they wrapped it up. The guy taking my order then told me that the lettuce and tomatoes don't come on the sandwich and did I still want it. I Said that why I ask to add it. No problem figured was just making sure. Then they cooked up the sandwich and they didn't heat up the tortilla and served it raw. Again okay not first time but always better when the tortillas are warmed. As it was a Kahana it is supposed to have mushrooms and peppers and extra white cheddar cheese. Well once I got the wrap no mushrooms no peppers no cheese and the tomatoes were still green on the inside. Again not happy but okay. But what really turned me off was watching the woman who cooked my meat mixture make other sandwiches and as she put the lettuce on other sandwich and thing that fell off onto the slide rail she either threw back onto the sandwich or put it back in the lettuce bin. I thought that was supposed to be scraped off into excess bin and not reused. Well anyway I won't be eating at this location again. Other places in this area I would rather eat at.
