I’ve come to this place many times to work and the atmosphere and service was always great last year. I haven’t been over in several months which is why I was so surprised as the reason why I’m leaving this review. When I came in to order the Lady that took my order was named Denice (sorry bad at spelling) and I think her name tag said something about management and seemed annoyed because I forgot I wanted a drink and put in my rewards. Then I noticed they had moved the mango drink to behind the counter instead by the fountain drinks. I think it might be because of the high caffeine but she made a comment about how I didn’t tell her I wanted that. Not only that. But when I was waiting for my food they incorrectly told someone’s food was ready once and then again when after I got my food. When I got my food the new hire (Dean) at first didn’t give me a plate for my soup along with no spoon or bread bowl. Which I understand and empathize cause he told me it’s his first day along with he was the only one prepping food which it’s not his fault but whoever is in charge. Dean was really nice and in my opinion took his first day food rush and getting yelled at amazing. When I asked for my bread bowl there was an older smaller worker in an orange Panera hat that yelled at him saying bread is bread and that everything is sour. I know it was during a busy time however it’s never ok to treat someone like that. That what drew the straw for me especially when I found out that today was his first day when I asked for that employee’s name that had yelled at him. He didn’t know cause it was his first day. Not only it was messier than the last time I came in. I used to work in retail and had to deal with stressful and difficult times and coworkers as well as customers. So I know how to at works (despite it being the food industry). So it could be why there were tons of plates piled up (image posted below) I just think they need to hire more people at this location and quality people. I also noticed that on my receipt it says the cashiers name was John and according to the ladies name tag she’s not John. I stayed finishing my review and John came in. I don’t know if it works similar to retail but you’re not supposed to use other people’s log in. I don’t know if it’s because I came at a semi- busy time and were obviously understaffed however I think that shouldn’t be an excuse to treat colleagues and or customers poorly. The food was great and yummy as always.

I am absolutely dumbfounded about the quality of service, sheet apathy and contempt I have been treated with today at Panera lone tree. From start to finish my experience today has been disappointing to say the least. I placed an order for delivery today with Panera for an office event, something we regularly do. We’ve never had a problem before or if there was an issue it was generally minor and quickly resolved by a member of staff. Today’s order arrived 30 minutes late, and arrived missing several items. To make matters worse we work in a large office building and the dasher didn’t even bother to come to the suite but simply left the item in the second floor lobby, marked it as delivered and then just abandoned it for anyone to take. We had to scramble last minute to make arrangements for the staff members who weren’t going to get fed. I called to speak to someone and was asked if I could hold. I stayed on hold for around 5 minutes when the young lady comes back in the phone she asks me for my order number, I asked her to bear with me a moment while I got it she goes “oh my god” in an exasperated voice despite it being literally seconds and then she hangs up the phone. I call back and this time a manager answers me, shes swamped as it’s the lunch rush which i get and she tries her hardest to take my info down and issue me the refund on the missing orders but was not able to talk to me about the lack of professionalism of her staff due to the rush. I called corporate to talk to somebody, they weren’t stateside she seemed super apathetic about it, didn’t seem to care and sounded like she was reading a script. Said she’d pass it along and go have a good day. Will not be patroning our office orders with them again

Inconsistent. When it's good, it's good! But that's about every 3-4 times we go. This time was enough for me. 2 of our 3 sandwiches had the bread turned sideways on the top? My chicken salad sandwich (what I order every time) had about 1/4 of the chicken salad it normal has (pic attached, the other side had a little more but still not enough! I assumed it was the lighter side when eating the first half... there is always one!). It was mainly lettuce. No pickles tonight... again, inconsistent! They are normally the bottom of the barrel looking and limp. So I guess not a huge loss. I called to let them know what happened. I don't mind paying for my food... but like any other upset customer I just wanted to be acknowledged. Instead I got an awkward silence and then, "well I can't refund you over the phone. So you can either come in or talk to a manager. " uh... ok. How about just tell the people making the sandwiches to do it right? Especially for the prices!! I was quickly reminded why we took a break from Panera.

The manager is a liar, a cheat, and a no good CROOK! First time we ordered pick up, they forgot my sandwich. Everyone makes mistakes, so we called to tell them, and they told us they would give us a free sandwich next time we ordered. Everyone in my office said the food was decent, however I didnt think the air in the place of my meal was very filling. Sooo the next time we called in our order reminding them of the free meal, and all looked to be going swimmingly. However, when I arrived there was a long waiting line, which is no problem at all, except for the confused and dumbfounded employees behind the counter, with no idea what was going on with the pick up orders. The "manager" arrived to save us from these scared to death recent liberal arts grads, to make even less sense of the situation. He finally figured out people's orders at what can only be called the pace of a guinea pig Iditarod race. Finally I reached the counter, the man fumbled around for a good 30 seconds with some old receipts before finally acknowledging me. I tell him the name on the order, he walks around in circles for a good 2 minutes looking in random bags before returning to ask me what was in the order. By this time a good 5-7 sheeple have begun a slow hunched over murmuring line of sadness behind me. I tell this managerial fool our 4 item order and he finally goes and grabs a bag, which he had gazed inside a good 4 times, and that clearly has a receipt bearing the name under which the order was placed. While i look inside the bag to check that the contents were as ordered I handed him a card to pay. He tells me the card is declined, and again...so I hand him my card to pay. It works, he finally hands me the receipt, showing the bill, which is full price, including no discount for the free meal we had been promised. I calmly and quickly explain the situation. As he is still holding both cradit cards, he swipes the first one in order to return credit (Of which we have still not recieved on our statement), not the one that paid for the order. By this time the amassing throngs behind me are shuffling so much that I feel a rebellion may be on my hands if I do not move quickly. So I left. And the meal was extremely mediocre. tiny amounts of salad dressing cold soup. The sandwiches pretty good, definitely much better than the air the first time. Regardless, Panera Bread is akin to the fiery pits of hell, just dont go there, or just get help from someone other than the trash heap of a man who leads these...
