Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Lone Tree

Yesterday I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, took two sips, and threw it away. This is my favorite drink that I enjoy every day during the season, and I honestly didn’t even know it was possible to mess it up that badly.

Today I decided to give them another chance and ordered two drinks and an Impossible sandwich. I specifically customized the sandwich — asked to remove the egg and add spicy sauce — but they completely ignored my request and made it standard. What’s the point of having a customization option if no one actually follows it?

On top of that, they prepared my first drink, and then I had to wait quite a while for the second one, because the barista randomly fulfilled several other orders in between instead of finishing mine, even though I ordered everything together in one order.

This kind of service is really disappointing, especially...

20 minute wait for the wrong order. I get when places are busy, but I have seen other Starbucks far busier with fewer problems. At least one other person in front of us had their order wrong. I watched as the baristas made countless drinks for people behind us while we waited for them to decide to make a sandwich. When I asked since we are now running late, I get a rude “we’re short staffed.” They finallytolllng sandwiches out th in bags, then wait to deliver them for another few minutes. We finally get them, get out to the car, and my coffee is all wrong. I asked for a cappuccino and get a caramel macchiato that is undrinkable. I know why they ask for the tip beforehand, I would have paid for half of what this ended up costing. They won’t care because they have a captive audience but do yourself a favor a stop somewhere...

Super Friendly service and fast yummy drinks! Clean and convenient in the hospital. I got the cheese and crackers for a snack because the hospital cafeteria isnt open yet and i havent eaten all day and it's so good! The cheese is fresh and the crackers are packaged separately. The dried fruit is a nice touch too. I just wish there were a couple more crackers to equal the amount...
