I bought a couple of sliders from this location, a few months back. One was Turkey; the other Corn Beef. I consumed the Turkey first. However, when I opened and proceeded to eat the Corned Beef, there was a strange smell. I assumed it was the melted cheese, after microwaving it for about 12 seconds. I went ahead and bit into it, and it also had a strange/different than usual taste. So I assumed it was the Horsey sauce mixed with the melted cheese. I continued to eat the sandwich. After consuming about 1/2 of the sandwich, I knew something was definitely WRONG. The strange smell/ODOR began to spread and get worse. At that point I put the sandwich back in it's wrapper. Within 2hrs., I was horribly sickened to my stomach! I immediately suffered stomach pain and cramps, constant diarrhea, and a terrible headache! I finally went to Urgent Care that night, taking the remainder of the sandwich with me. I informed the Dr. why I was there, and she began to run some tests. As I waited in the patient's chair, she immediately asked: "IS THAT WHAT I SMELL?!" The sandwich literally filled the entire Dr.'s Office, with the same unpleasant odor. The Dr. retrieved the test results and stated the meat was BAD. SHE then informed me I had FOOD POISONING. She wrote me a prescription and gave me some personal care instructions, as well. I informed the Mgr., and was given the Owner's info.: Steve Luchie. He took over two wks. to respond, and claimed they'd checked the meat and nothing was wrong. Being in denial of the incident, I informed him I had documented proof from the Dr., and he asked "what could we do, to make this go away". I told him I'd been very sick after eating the poisoned meat, and I felt I should compensated as such. He then offered me $200! Of course, I replied No. In turn, he's refusing to give me his true mailing and contact info., and has BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER. After going here for many yrs. and being a local neighbor, I Won't EVER EAT HERE AGAIN! And I wouldn't recommend anyone...
Read moreI love the food here but I only go when they have a special. Right now they have a 2 for $6 special. So I stopped and got 2 sandwiches. The chicken and the beef n cheddar. The chicken usually has 2 good size tenders. There was only 1. And the beef n cheddar had 3 slices of meet in the whole sandwich. Needless to say, I ate more bread than meat on either sandwich. Arby's ads always look great, but either someone was being lazy or the management at this location is trying to cut costs by cutting the amount of meat on the sandwiches. There should be a corporate standard as far as how much meet goes on a sandwich especially considering how expensive they are at regular price. And btw, this wasn't the first time. About a month earlier I stopped in and bought a chicken wrap. Same thing. More lettuce than chicken. I might as well have just ordered a salad because lettuce was pretty much all that was in the wrap. $9 wasted. Just be mindful of the fact that they skimp on the meat and still charge full price at...
Read moreRecently I had the overwhelmingly, exceptional act of kindness from this Arby's location. My car stalled in the drive-thru (right at the order kiosk) and Lilborn , the store came to my rescue. It was 90* outside, and I had my two grandchildren ages 6, and my daughter in law in the car. First he attempted to help me push my car out of the way, but as it was literally stuck in park, it could not be moved. He then delivered our order, he refused payment-continued to check on us, brought us cold waters, and remained attentive to us, as well as care for the other customers in the drive thru, outside. I eventually was assisted by a dispatched tow company, which is another story that I will share on their website. (Don't worry it was amazing too!) I am humbled, awed and grateful that their are people like Lilborn. The ratings scale only goes to 5, but this person is worthy of all of the stars in...
