Hi,
I came to your location 5/24/25 after spending some time decompressing at the beach. I intended to dine in and also place a to-go order so my 13-year-old son, whose birthday was on 5/23, would have breakfast when he woke up.
I drove to the restaurant with my puppy, placed my dine-in and to-go orders, and ate my meal. Afterward, I was waiting on the to-go portion of the order and briefly fell asleep near the restroom area. When I woke up, I noticed my car keys were missing from the table and my vehicle—a BMW X5—was no longer in the parking lot.
I was understandably panicked. A server mentioned that a suspicious individual entered the restaurant without ordering and asked to use the restroom. I went to the register, identified my tab, and asked to speak with the manager, hoping to review the camera footage and get help. I explained that my car keys had been stolen from my table inside your establishment.
Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. At that time, my phone had died, and I was unable to recall my license plate number when calling the police. I asked to borrow a phone charger, but the manager refused and essentially told me to leave.
Thankfully, my server went above and beyond. She and her husband, who was waiting outside, were incredibly helpful. He managed to capture the suspect vehicle license plate. They also charged my phone and gave me a ride home. Your server showed extraordinary compassion and professionalism—she truly deserves recognition as employee of the year.
Given the circumstances and the seriousness of this incident, I’m requesting a follow-up from someone who can assist. I’ve already filed a police report for the stolen vehicle and would appreciate your cooperation in allowing authorities to review your security footage as part of the investigation.
Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss...
Read moreLet me preface by saying I am not expecting 5 star service at Denny’s, but the nice lady (Anetta) who took our plates and handed me a bill asked me to leave a review mentioning her name even though I had never seen her before it was time to check out. To start off, we were greeted and told by the male server he’d be with us in a moment. A moment turned into 10 minutes of sitting and chatting with my husband wondering when someone would at least ask us if we’d like a water. Maybe he was having a difficult other table? We weren’t in a rush so no big deal at first. We eventually get re-greeted by whom I assume is the manager, cool. She notices we have no water cups and takes our order. I get a side of bacon, side of eggs, side of toast. Amazing! Food comes out, everything looks good. We meet Anetta who took our plates when we finished an handed us a bill, and I notice I’m charged for a BYO Slam…. That’s cool, but I didn’t order that. I ordered 3 sides and they don’t total $13.79 (I literally went to the Denny’s website to order my exact meal to make sure I wasn’t crazy) so as we are discussing whether to bring this up the lady who I assume is the manager comes and asks if anything is wrong. I explain the situation and she proceeds to lie to me about what their HARD COPY menu prices are, what the menu online says… somehow this visit managed to dig its way under the low bar it had before it and then asked for a review on whether or not they...
Read moreThis Dennys has great service and lived up to the name. I've been to quite a few dennys to work while I'm doing college homework and this would was probably the best. The booths are comfortable and easy to set at for long periods of time. The waitress Lilia was always coming around and offering more coffee and made sure I had everything I needed. I love working at places like this because it feels private but also there is people around to make you feel more productive and whenever coffee is needed it's delivered! Some of the other denny's locations have felt a little sketchy in the past but this one seems lit up and enjoyable and I felt more comfortable here and not put in a rush or worry of my car being broken into. I had the $6 Everyday Slam which came with french toast, saussage, and eggs which was a pretty good value, but afterwards I still needed a bit more so I ordered two pancakes for an extra $3.69. It does seem like some of the prices were raised but it makes sense with inflation. I recommend using the app to rack up rewards or if you have T-Moblie sometimes they offer extra discounts through the T-Moblie Tuesday app. Last week I was able to get a Free slam through the app but I cashed it in at a...
