WARNING!!!! STAY AWAY!!! TOTAL GARBAGE for "food", INCOMPETENT & RUDE staff(for one, in about an HOUR of waiting to get my money BACK for SPOILED FOOD, which gave me FOOD POISONING, not a SINGLE one of them EVER washed their HANDS, even after handling MONEY, & were NO gloves either!), & that "food" WILL make you SERIOUSLY ILL: LAST time I ate there, gave me one HELLUVAH FOOD POISONING, & THEY REFUSED to REFUND my money, & just wanted to play games INSTEAD for almost TWO HOURS!!! & I JUST wanted the money for the PIZZA that POISONED me(I threw up for TWO days!!!) back, & wasn't even gonna ask for the desert(that was BRICK-HARD, by the way!) refund, or even the TIP that I gave the driver! The time before THAT food FIASCO: they deliver HALF of the WRONG FOOD, that was WAY TOO spicy for ME to even EAT, & what I COULD eat was the TOTALLY COLD Carbonara Pasta(GROSSEST thing EVER, btw!)! However, because he finally SHOWED UP at almost MIDNIGHT(I'm LESS than HALF A MILE from them, too, on a MONDAY, & NOT a holiday... after almost 2 & a 1/2 HOURS of WAITING!?!), HE told me he "couldn't DO anything about it, since it was NOW closed, & didn't feel like taking it all BACK"(he just took the SO SPICY chicken back, which hurt my NOSE to even SMELL it = how I KNEW it was a WRONG item!), & HE left me the COLD as all hell Pasta dish, as some sort of a "consolation" for all that waiting AND getting only HALF my order at all, of which I could only eat a couple of fork-fulls, since it was, by then, ICE COLD & DISGUSTING! The NEXT day I was too busy, so I went to get my money BACK(I paid by CARD: MY fault, I suppose?!?)that Wednesday, & they also REFUSED to DO anything about it, even after that DRIVER TOLD them that what I was saying WAS indeed CORRECT/TRUE, but play GAMES, as seems to be their "norm"! & to make it ALL even WORSE? Read moreWaited fifty minutes in store for our pizza. I don't know if that time estimation machine is overridden or what but it said twelve minutes and our name disappeared after twelve minutes. There were at least five people on staff just standing around casually discussing how they got a couple of orders wrong before we came and they would move around but weren't actually DOING anything.
Eventually someone said that the pizza was "lost" which is a lie because noone was even in the pizza prep area during the time we sat staring right into where they were idly standing around. Even then it wasn't twelve minutes it was almost twenty minutes to make the pizza they forgot.
Then the guy who brought us the pizza was so jaded or high looking. Bloodshot eyes and a thousand yard stare who emotionlessly apologized for the "lost" pizza.

I ordered online and went to pick up my order and the Manager John was so rude and disrespectful. I order a pan pizza and they made the wrong pizza. Manager John told me my order was ready and I told him that's not what I ordered. He said while that's what we made and that what you go to get. I told him I am not taking that pizza because that's not what I ordered. I told him I needed his name to file a complaint with corporate and his said his name was Sean. So I asked an employee they said his name is John. The So called manager was also going off on multiple employees and customers for no reason. I don't know how he still has a job there.
