I just had a fantastic meal at El Burrito Grill and I couldn’t wait to share how impressed I am! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by friendly staff and a warm, casual atmosphere. The menu offers a great selection of classic Mexican favorites, and each dish I tried delivered: The burritos were stuffed full of fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned, and wrapped tightly so nothing spilled. The tacos had just the right balance — crisp tortillas, vibrant fillings, and generous layers of salsa. Their rice and beans were more than just sides — they were flavorful, hearty, and complemented the mains really well. Portion sizes are generous — you won’t walk away hungry. Service was prompt and smooth, whether for dine-in or to-go orders. The location is convenient, and it’s a great go-to spot for satisfying, casual Mexican cuisine. If you want real, flavorful Mexican food that feels like it’s made with care — without the fuss — El Burrito Grill is a winner. I’ll definitely be returning to try more...
Read moreI use to have decent service there, but the food made up for that decent to below average service. But the other day ago the service from at least 3 employees was horrible. I'm very easy to be satisfied in restaurants but they really were bad the other day. My wife and I were waiting for our food outside and we had to go get out drinks, needed some extra salsa and had to ask the waiter 3 times for it and we finally had to go get it ourselves. All the while another customer who came in after us had a waiter come back and forth to them multiple times getting them everything they needed, I think they knew one another. I'll try them one more time because I do like their food but if the service is the same I'll stay away. It's funny how not to long ago I was doing orders on the phone for take out as that's all they could do because of covid19 and they thanked me over and over for helping them keep the business open from my patronage on take out orders. How soon they forget about what...
Read moreIt's really too bad. It's bad because I really loved this place. I raved about it to my coworkers, to my family about how great the food is here. This restaurant is conveniently located along my driving route. I would call in my order and it would ready in ten minutes. My family surprised me by showing up at my job after work on Father's Day. They wanted to take me out to eat and asked me where I wanted to go. "El Burrito Grill!", I said. Finally, I get share my experience with them and they get to see what I've been talking about. My wife ordered the carne asada burrito, just like me. What we got instead was two bean burritos with a little bit of carne asada. They forgot to bring us our drinks, the rest of our group had no silverware, no napkins, no straws. The service was subpar, low energy. I apologized to my family for suggesting this place and had to spend the rest of our time time, hearing my wife complain about what lousy restaurant this was. Happy...
