Below is my email I sent to Everytable 5/9/25: I stopped by your Long Beach CA store at 3750 Kilroy Airport Way twice today. The first time was at 7:30am this morning. There was no one there although I had checked the store hours to make sure opening was at 7:30am. I waited until 7:45am and still no employee was there. By this time, I had to drive to work to start at 8am and figured I would just come back later. I returned to the same store at 10:45am the same day to purchase my 6 meals for lunch/dinner for the weekend. The doors were open but the food area was roped off and no one was there. I waited almost 10 minutes and called out “hello” multiple times. Finally, an employee came out from the back and she informed me that she closed the store because she’s on break until 11:20am. I asked her if she could ring me up quickly so I could buy lunch and she said that she can’t because she’s on break. She said her name is Mona. She said the store is closed until 11:20. I explained my situation, saying that this is my second time here because I came this morning at 7:30 and no one was here. She said that actually she was here. I replied, how can that be when I was here at 7:30 and waited until 7:45, and that I’m back because I was not able to purchase any food yet. She kept saying she was here and then told me that she would call security on me if I don’t leave the store. So she called security on me, who arrived to the store 10 mins later. I explained to security the situation, and he said that he understands her point of view, because she’s the only employee there, that she needs her breaks. While I do understand employees need their breaks, do the stores close during store hours so they can take their breaks? Security did not escort me out because I explained that I just want to buy lunch and dinner. So I waited for the employee to finish her break, and then I purchased the food after she opened up the register. This entire experience has really left a sour taste. I did call another store, who said this is not supposed to happen. I do understand that from Mona’s perspective, if she’s the only one working and customers come into the store while she takes a break, this makes it difficult. However, no one was there to open the store during opening hours at 7:30am. I also cannot believe she called security on me and made it so difficult to buy Everytable food. I am frustrated by the entire situation, because I planned my work schedule around picking up food from Everytable. I am still awaiting further response.

Everytable at Kilroy in Long Beach is basically the Cadillac of workspace cafeterias—if you’re going to be stuck on calls all day or powering through laptop life, this is the place you want to be. The vibe is modern corporate chic, but not sterile—high ceilings, lots of natural light, sleek wood tones, and enough space between tables that you’re not forced into an accidental team meeting with the stranger next to you. Food-wise, it’s solid and consistent. This isn’t Michelin-star dining, but it’s not trying to be. The menu rotates, the ingredients are fresh, and there’s a real effort to accommodate different dietary preferences without making it feel like an afterthought. You’ll find wraps, bowls, salads, and even comfort food with some ambition. The staff are friendly, efficient, and keep things running smoothly without hovering. It never feels rushed, but it also never drags—which is exactly what you want in a professional setting. And while most buildings of this caliber would offer a sad little snack bar or some vending machine afterthought, Everytable is a true amenity. A place that makes you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth just for showing up to work. Five stars for being the best version of what it is.

I feel healthy; trying to convince myself not to skip a workout due to all the food being soo fresh. Really good food and outdoor dining plenty of avoid the rona vibe; I'm here for it. Love the concept and mission of Everytable, they should have definitely been offered a deal from a Shark. I'm sold, looking for locations in area's I frequent and already started telling people about the food quality, mission and pricing. Would choose these eats over most places most days. Especially a fan of the fish and the rice, I mean even the rice had substance. Great staff
