I was very disappointed with my visit yesterday...Maybe it was the rain? I didn't get the lively friendly staff others mentioned in their post . Instead I found the staff cold and indifferent simply put rude! I ordered the giant #9 things started off great. The female assisting me was trying to work two sandwiches at the same time; mine and the customer who was a head of me. She put topping on both sandwiches then completed his sandwich took him to the register and rang him up leaving my sandwich open. Meanwhile another employee completed the sandwich he was working on and past her his customer's order to ring up which she did. then he started working on another customer's sandwich; mind you my sandwich and I are still waiting . I said nothing I waited calmly for my sandwich to be completed. When she returned I asked her if she could please not cut the sandwich in quarters which is their custom but simply cut it in half...not a big request so I thought. she was distracted so I asked multiple times (3 times) to be exact. I paid for the sandwich and for personal reasons I didn't want it cut into quarters. Anyways why did she cut it into quarters. When I brought it to her attention all she said was ooh, she didn't apologize. She proceeded to wrap it up as if nothing was wrong. So this is where it went all bad. I asked her to please remake it. She set the sandwich off to the side no acknowledgment; then as a unit the team began to work on other new sandwiches...this is when I asked for a refund from the employee who was now at the register, he then reported to the manager that I had requested a refund once again there was no acknowledgment as they proceeded to work on sandwiches. When the manager would have started a 4th sandwich I demanded a refund of my money immediately. He seemed irritated that I interrupted his line of service. No apologies were offered for their mistake no understanding or fringed understanding of my feelings as a customer who had paid for a service that had yet to be delivered. I asked if he were the manager he replied yes I asked if her were responsible for managing the entire store he replied yes...no help here. My orders, which included 2 #7’s, were consistently incorrect, with bacon included despite my clear preference against it. Despite my attempts to contact the store over two days regarding this issue, there was no response, making it challenging to resolve the problem.
Upon visiting the store in person, I encountered the manager, who displayed a surprising lack of empathy. Despite explaining the ongoing issues with my order and the store’s unresponsiveness, he was unwilling to replace it without a receipt, even though the mistake was on their end. This policy seemed inflexible and customer-unfriendly.
Adding to the discomfort was the atmosphere created by the staff. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they appeared to find the situation amusing, which only escalated my frustration. When I requested the manager’s name to document the encounter, he refused to provide it. This lack of transparency raises concerns about accountability within the establishment.
Specifically, my orders consisted of 2 #7’s, and despite clear instructions, bacon was included. As a non-bacon eater, this oversight significantly impacted my dining experience. It’s crucial for the staff to pay attention to customers’ preferences to ensure accurate and satisfactory service.
This experience has unfortunately tarnished my perception of Jersey Mike’s, a place I once enjoyed. I believe that better communication, flexibility in addressing order issues, and a more professional approach from the staff and management would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

I told the server that I wanted to different breads and she’s misunderstood me and made two different giants with two different breads. I go for checkout and my total comes out to over $40 and I’m like why is my total over $40 when it’s suppose to be half that price and they informed because I ordered two giants when it was supposed to be just one and then they gave me an attitude and then ended up throwing away the other sandwich instead of giving it to me at a discounted price or for free since they made a mistake. Instead they gave me an attitude and threw the sandwich in the trash! There’s people dying of hunger in the world and they throwing food away in the trash. No morals or ethics smh. I just got off work and I wanted to catch Jersey Mikes before they closed and as I walk inside I go directly to get a soda and as I was deciding what soda I wanted I get aggressively approached by one the employees and he slams the soda door on my hand as I’m trying to get a soda and says I’m not welcome here because I stoled from them in the past. Which is a lie. The last time I was there were had a bad experience and I wrote about it up above and that’s why they was probably feeling some type of way but I never stole anything. As a matter a fact, they never gave me what I paid for.
