Jon's Donuts — Restaurant in Long Beach

I went to purchase a donut here 5/24. There were 3 ladies working behind the counter.. I was second in line. About 3 gentlemen came in after me and served themselves coffee, and after that ordered donuts. During this process, another customer arrived and was serviced before me. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Thank you Google for providing this platform. It gives the customer a voice. I returned 30mins later to tell the owner/manager about my experience. The ladies recognized me and said they assumed, one or the other person was helping me. They did not give me the owners/managers name. When asked if or when the owner/manager would be back, their response was they don't know. One lady did apologize, but the other rolled her eyes. Please review your camera for 5/29/24 @ 7:30. This one star is for customer service only. I have NEVER given a business one star. I have not tasted the donuts, nor was I offered one for my inconvience (however, not necessary). The couple that owns this shop is so cute! They make us want to come back and visit because they're so nice, sincere and funny. It's cash only but they also have an atm machine inside. We brought donuts to work and everyone said it was like biting into a cloud. We also come here every other Saturday for breakfast sandwiches.
