My daughter and I went to get a smoothie after going to the gym. Placed an order online in my car infront of the store in the APP at 12:35PM for 2 plant based green smoothies. APP said order would be ready at 12:47PM to pick up. Went in at 12:50PM order had not been started. Wess said he was going to start it right away. I go back to my car, wait another 10 min, go back in stand at the Order Pick up counter. The young person at the front was making bowls. Wess looks over sees it is me again and the Smoothies are still not ready. One is in the blender sitting and the other one is not even started. It proceeded to take another 8 min to get the smoothies just to have them watery and mostly taste like banana. I called back to the store told Wess I was very dissappointed with the drinks after waiting almost 30 min. Wess first says did you put something in them I said no, I just left out of there this is the same Smoothie. I have been getting since you have opened. He continues to question me about what I got and reasons why it is watery and then say online was backed up. Mind you I sat there and saw several people go in and order and leave out while I was still waiting. Tells me to come back and they can make another one which I could not I had other things to do and had spent way too much time already up there. I totally understand being backed up with orders and not having enough workers, but I cannot excuse, not being professional. Just tell your customer what is happening, and apologize. Do not put anything together and give it to them. I have been supporting this store since it opened but I believe I will not be coming back after today. $25.00 for 2 green...
Read moreI tend to go 3-4 times a week for my usual bowl, but that won’t be happening anymore. The gentleman working mornings is so kind, and I almost feel bad writing this review. My intent is for him to get some extra support. When I order a bowl it tends to sit there until he’s finished making any other smoothies behind my order. I understand he’s trying to make everyone’s base, and get the smoothies out. Even if I’m there first, but then my bowl ends up so liquidated. Just disappointing. I always tip, and to not get the the product in a timely manner/lower quality. Just sucks. He seems over whelmed, and it doesn’t seem like he even has enough time to clean up. Today I went during my lunch, and waited 15 mins before I spoke up. I only had 5 mins left of my lunch. I told him that, and he told me if I wanted to come back later. Since it’s my only break I said no it’s ok can I just have a refund. Then he told me to come back after my shift, but for what? I came for lunch, and after my shift I’m better off eating at home. When I asked if mine order is ready; the gentleman told me”not yet” , I asked “can I cancel my orders then?” He said “yes” then he checked the machine and said” oh, yours are almost ready, I am doing yours before other 4 orders., he also said this is not a fast food place, etc..…”. I told him, “your online order should tell the customer what you just told me. Don’t tell me it will be ready by 11:28 but actually it won’t ready by so much longer”.
