It seems that the locals have late breakfast. We were able to find a spot in the loathing lot. We ordered exactly the same items, which were more than plenty for the two of us. The soup was full of flavors, sweet and sour, including many vegetables! The broth was very tasty!! The beef was tender and flavorful. The beef salad with crispy noodles was presented as a huge tower, completely unexpected but a fun surprise. Lots of tender beef and the bright and airy flavors you expect from Khmer food. The other dish I have tried was a watercress soup which was just amazing and refreshing. Highly recommend to LB locals looking for a new SE Asian spot.
