Signal Hill Park — Attraction in Signal Hill

The bathrooms needs improvement the soap smells like farts the tissues are rough and the bathrooms are mostly locked. Plus when Im in the middle of a basketball game the rec center comes and tell you that everyone must leave the court so the kids can play. That's fine and all but there is still 1 full unused court. And when I try to get on that one they kick us off. So basically there is 1 court used and one is not. They are playing there for like 2 hrs on one court. But other the other than that...
