I absolutely love Movita Juice Bar it has quickly become one of my favorite spots. However, my recent experience at this location was disappointing. I placed my mobile order about 20 minutes before arriving, expecting to just grab it and go. When I got there, I waited in the pickup line, but my drink wasn’t ready.

When I asked about it, one of the baristas casually said I might have ordered from the wrong location. I showed her my order confirmation to clarify it was indeed for that location, but I was still left waiting without much explanation or effort to resolve the issue. It felt like I was being overlooked, as they continued preparing drinks for other customers without acknowledging me.
