Are u kidding me
I was bringing dinner home for the three of us. Walking up to the house the only thing in my left hand was the cup holder with our three drinks. The bottom and side literally fell out from under the drinks all three fell burst open and there was no saving them. I’m always as careful as can be because one I don’t play when it comes to mine or others food because when someone’s hungry all bets are off. So in that holder they had put the ketchup and the secret sauce. The drinks splashed all along my body to help round out the awful experience. So had to walk in the door tail between my legs that I didn’t have the drinks everyone paid for. Then tried to begin with the food. Opened the bag with the burgers, we had four and a patty for the dog. Of course that’s the bag the worker decided to put the napkins in. Why? What the hell happened to in and out. I had to slowly peel the napkins then all the remaining napkin pieces from the cheese of the burgers. Why would u place the napkins right on top of the melted cheese. When I took my burger out I still had more napkin to peel of losing more cheese for no good reason. I removed the wrapping from my burger and first bite, the waterly liquid from inside the burger dripped down my front, down my pants and all over the floor. I should have known then that today was just a bad day for in and out. I generally love, appreciate, enjoy and savor the burgers. It tased awful, for a second I thought maybe I’m getting sick because there’s no taste and no flavor at all. Nope Not getting sick. I was starving so I ate my burger since I wasted my money on it . But I still have the weirdest after taste in my mouth and …. No drink to wash it down with
I’ve always commented to friends that it blows my mind that in and out all together is significantly cheaper then McDonald’s when they are so much better
I now stand corrected I guess with their high employment cost, and the obvious decline in customer service and caring about the product they put out I feel so bitter the three of us wasted our $48 on no drinks and no ketchup or sauce and no napkins plus half the cheese peeled off. I’m so sad I live in and out Most fast food places have lowered their standards so much that I can’t stomach them and I have to add in and out to the list I’ve never had one bad experience with them over the many many years of eating there until now and my experience was ruined and it changed my perception of the establishment as a whole. Literally my stomach feels nasty right now like whatever happened in the making process for the burgers, they were somehow tainted with something weird because I’ve never had one that was watery and runny, but the blandness and extra soft texture, I hope I don’t throw up, but maybe I’ll fell better to get that trash out of my body. I doubt I’ll return Why did they have to try to join most of the society these days and be nothing but a rip off and a huge disappointment I can’t look forward to anything these...
Read moreUsed to be a place you could go with reliable service and product. Last 3 visits, not so good, u ask for well done meat, you get raw, you ask for well done fries, you get soggy uncooked fries, you ask for help to know which fry is which, they say "oh sorry, you should be able to figure it out," and almost drove away with both drinks 3/4 of the way full.....yikes
8/21/22 update: Funny how Google asked for an update after another bad experience for which I just had to call customer service. Not sure how it happens so often, and more recently I have chosen to visit a further distanced In-N-Out out because of the frequent unsatisfactory orders, but this time I ordered two animal style fries with chopped chili's, two burgers - one with extra toasted bun and the other add pickles, and two meat patiies no salt for my fur babies. Only thing ok was the patties for the dogs. The extra toasted buns were COLD, not just untoasted, but COLD. No pickles on the other burger and both fries missing chili's. The order was repeated back correctly twice, yet order was a MESS. Customer service was helpful and said they will follow up with store - I sure hope so! I'd love to be able to feel confident about returning to my home store - at this point I have zero...
Read moreMy doctor told me to lose some weight so I probably shouldn't be eating there at all. But now and then I go by the Hollywood location on Sunset Blvd. and get hungry for just an order of fries (that I can easily take with me on the Metro Red Line train). But they won't take an order for just fries. They have to badger me about getting a burger which in a way I want, but not at the price or coronary or cerebro-vascular disease. I've called their corporate office to ask them if they will stop doing this. I've told them why, but they don't care. Isn't trying to persuade me to ignore doctor's advice practicing medicine without a license? Call it what you will, I hate them for it. They put their profits ahead of my health. Simply put, they're calorie pushers. Like they need a few extra bucks from me? the way their cash registers are operating non stop? McDonalds, by the way, though their fries aren't as good, don't do this. "Anything else?" is as far as they go. I have to give them a certain degree of...
