On 09/19/2022 at 7:41pm I placed my order from their website. My order #: 11298118. I received the confirmation email shortly after. I moved over to ordering directly from their website since I used to order from them via Grubhub, and they would place stickers on their boxes asking customers to order from them. I have ordered through their website a couple of times – I have ordered from them for several years. I was a big fan of their food. Tonight would change all of that. At 9:13pm I called them to inquire on the status of my order. The girl on the phone informed me that they had a “power outage” and that orders didn’t go through. I quickly checked my bank account and let her know that I was charged. I also revealed that I received a confirmation email. She placed me on hold (one of many) and came back to say that her manager told her that there was nothing she could do because they didn’t have my order on their end and that the payment would be reversed. She said that if the payment still went through I would need to call my bank. I absolutely was not going to do that. She would place me on hold for multiple minutes at a time, at one point hanging up on me. When I called back she said that her manager told her that she could retake my order but she’d have to also recharge me! I was shocked. How was this fair? The entire phone ordeal was so poor. When I called back twice, after being hung up on, I realized that just to get to talk to someone took far too long. It made me wonder if they had caller i.d. and were screening my calls. She said that I’d have to call tomorrow and speak to the morning manager if the payment went through. I asked her if the closing manager was there and to put them on the phone. She placed me on hold. I waited on the phone for over half an hour, much longer than any paying customer should wait. I never got to speak to a manager, by the way. It saddens me to feel this way for a restaurant that I have loved for so many years. It bothers me how these employees, and most importantly the store manager, treats a customer that did absolutely nothing wrong in this situation. I didn’t cause this so-called power outage. There was no notice on their website or instagram about a power outage. I waited and waited for my meal only to be made to feel like nothing could be done. This is so unacceptable. I will no longer eat here, I will no longer suggest this pizzeria to friends or strangers, and I will spend my money on other local restaurants that don’t treat their customers like this. PLEASE make sure when ordering TO CONFIRMED YOUR INFORMATION. Called in for a delivery order, which waited 1 hr &20 mins to F/U to be informed that the previous shift employee took my information wrong, while providing and repeating info and putting mulitiple times on hold and transfering to different staffs, receiving attitutes , for their mistake. Its frustating when calling to there location , with your toddler being anxious for their delicious pizza...waiting, to ONLY expect ; an employee at PIZZA X TWO to tell you over the phone , "the driver will be there, within 10 mins to re-take your order, whatch out for a blue car!" Long story short DROVE to their location, to talk to the manager and get my order situated so my family can enjoy movie night. Instead of getting the service, assistance which was ordered, paid for. Instead of the manager taking care of a customer which was ipset due to their employee messing up the order, waited to hours , and drove to theire location wasting my time , gas, all I get is an reimbursement back to my C.C. What happened to my time wasted? The inconviniece of driving to the Location, is my effort not as valuable as theirs ? With all the experice of 20 yrs from the manager, should of least considered assisting and complementary on there behalf for poor staff taking incorrect info, and giving poor service, attitute , and paying for there discrepency! Our time, feedback, and loved ones , are as much of important as there delicious food , and business. What happened to "the customer is right?" What a total EPIC FAIL for FAMILY PIZZA NIGHT !

Read moreOver the past several months I have been coming in more recently after relocating. I have been eating here for over 20 years, it’s my mom’s favorite place, in fact as an elementary office supervisor at an elementary school she makes it a point to order from you for all, of her school and family events.
I have come in 4-5 times in the past 3 weeks, today was the worst. I call in order my food, and get an estimate time, I arrive to pick up my food and end up standing there for 20 more minutes every time, it’s like none of these younger female employees know how to communicate or know what going on, because on at least 2 of those occasions a delivery driver walks in asks have I been helped, and when I tell him my name and a pick up order he walks over to the oven and it’s been sitting there the entire 15-20 mins I have been standing waiting.
Today to add injury to insult, I called in at 6:15/6:20, I was told my food would be ready for pickup in 20-30 mins. I arrived at 7 o’clock, the girl greeted me, I paid for my order, then again she turned, asked about my order number, someone said something from the back and she went back to answering phones. As I stood once again for 20 minutes as no other employee said or did anything, I noticed that my food was not ready, and was barely being prepared, I asked for a refund, and after the transaction was told it would take 5-7 days for my money to be returned, so now I can’t buy dinner for my kids because I chose to spend my money at a place that seemingly is caring less and less about it customers.
